See if this doesn't tick you off!  Now more of our tax dollars are going to be gobbled up in another attempt to stop ICE from doing its job.

If they can be sued for doing their job, can they be sued for not doing their job.

Swift meats keeps surfacing whenever anything like this happens . Is it about time for a boycott ? A move against one should wake up some of the rest .

Swift, Cargill, Tyson et al are also behind the writing and implementation of the National Animal Identification scheme.  I already boycott them, I don't want their homone, steroid and antibiotic laced meat and buy locally.

time to take action. nwind- you want to email or PM Sean directly and ask him if Steve Elliott can get some attention on this situation? You know a lot about this, you would be the best to put your hoof forward!

It needs coast to coast attention...........ASAP!

There are a lot of people fighting this BTB, but we could sure use the muscle of Grassfire behind us!

So don't charge the people, charge the company for hiring them and fine them as much as they can as often as they can.

I can't believe that ICE has no competant lawyers.

The Fourth Amendment

Amendment IV                                          (1791)

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,
shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon
probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.

This did not happen in their persons, houses, paper, and effects.

This was not search and seizure.  I'm not sure it was even search.  ID check is not a search!

Why don't they get the IRS involved to see if they are paying taxes and

SS to see if they have SSN's.

If they didn't check everyone they would have called it Profiling.  I say a full audit and the full authority of the Federal Government come down on these blatant companies.

Why is it the government can't do anything against illegality but will go to a state that has passed a law for medical marijuana (0) deaths per year and enforce it.  Let's see don't enforce breaking the law and enforcing a legal state law.  Why should marijuana be against a federal law if there's no interstate involved.  I don't do MJ but I am aghast at the government stupidity and inepness and refusal to get with the program.

If they get caught with illegals they should be heavily fined and the illegals should be charged with felonies and put in jail serve their time then be deported.
