I seem to be having problems. The quote feature does not quote into the reply box, and when hitting enter to start another paragraph, it does not tab down leaving the space it did at one time. I can tab down myself leaving the space, but when posting, it all comes up as one paragraph. Anyone else having this problem? By the way, this is three paragraphs with a space between them. Well, four now.

Are you using the Safari web browser by any chance?

I don't know what to do about the quote problem, but for the paragraph problem you might try checking  the "enable advanced editor" box in your FS profile, going to format heading box when you post and choosing "paragraph".  Maybe you have already tried this.

Maybe this could be for importing articles though, or somethng else because I'm fairly computer illiterate myself. Embarassed Laughing

Ok, there are two things you can do.

1. You can do a Windows Update. If you haven't done one in awhile, chances are you are using an outdated version of IE. To do so, go to START>PROGRAMS>WINDOWS UPDATE. If you have been doing updates periodically, then it is unlikely that this is the problem.

2. Your browser sucks, period. IE is the worst browser on the market due to a variety of reasons everywhere from slow page opening to security issues. The second most used browser is Mozilla's FireFox, which most consider to be far superior. I use Netscape Navigator,if you wanted to know. I hope I helped.

zman61 PMed me concerning this thread.
Let me make this clear. As far as I know, the Safari browser is not fully compatible with FS.
If you are using a Mac, here are some links I have provided to known compatible browsers.
  FireFox-
  http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/mozillafirefox.html
  Netscape-
  http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/netscape.html

I think other browsers, such as Opera, work, but don't bother.
If you have problems installing a browser, go ahead and post.

I just downloaded Avant as a browser. Seems to work great, and has given me a little more page loading speed. And from what I have read, is a little more secure than IE.
