This man is so knowledgeable that his works are required reading for persons studying to become officers of all branches of the military . Think about just what good the US being on the ground is going to do if Iran , or anyone else for that matter , wants to launch an out and out atomic war . They are not going to hand deliver it , and UPS/FED X is out of the question , and if they gave it to the USPS they would lose it .
