Note on this film.

In Florida, as in other legitimate sovereignties:  The raising of the fist or any object  to coerce someone or anybody is a Felony.  The using the fist in a threatening movement, or with any form of object is attack, as  swing or swinging movement is a Felony Assault.  The hitting or beating or any contact with a person or object of value (property) is Criminal Battery.

The big fat mouth bastard is guilty of Disturbing the Peace, Criminal Incitement, Causing A Riot, Inciting A Riot,  Indecent Public Display & Conduct,  and the one’s who took part actively are guilty of the same; those of their group witch watched and enjoyed are, at the minimum, are an accessory to the crimes..

So, file charges, and file criminal charges against and law enforcement, officials or officers of the court do not follow up.  In any case, forward this to ICE, in detail, with copies to all agencies and offices.  Please note on any correspondence, in this case, to whom copies were sent (legal coercion).  It seems like I am the only one doing this!

Solution:  Call 911, then call ICE, A.S.A.P!  Then make a record with photos and audio, by cellphone if need be.

 The make a police report.  It the police did not do their duty, filed a police or shrieff's report on them.

Then make a written report and send to the State and Federal Aty. Generals, ICE, your governeor, the president, and all of your state and federal representatives demanding action msut be taken and whate you expect!

 AFter you have done, publish is as done here and aks and advise folks on what to do to help!

Keep a list, or know where to acces alist of these authoirties address, phones, faxes, & e-mail addresses.   This for your easy reference to to sahre with others to be strong.

Besure to send this incident, with video to all of the above, and to file a police raport.  Never fail to do this, as this has proved to be our biggest mistakes.

It is our police and civil servants who are selling us out! Now people are beginning to react to law enforcement agencies and government officials that do not protect the people. Next, it is us, who are not being proactive in our efforts

Those authorities responsible for the regulation and disposition of illegal aliens are normally at levels above the municipal and county levels. None-the-less, the police are defacto part of that responsibility. How? All police officers are ‘sworn’ to dutifully uphold the law on up to the constitutional and federal level. So the police and sheriff departments arrest and smugly enforce that, which is convenient for them. They have no problem with coming down hard on Americans for petty traffic violations (state regulated) and all drugs and narcotics (federally regulated), to included the poor dolt who has an ounce of marijuana with him (various approaches of punishment in many areas, a ticket, arrest, misdemeanor, or felony; this is much abridged .).

The local law enforcement agencies may not do its job by cherry picking, which it is none-the-less, very evident that these officers and agencies are doing this very thins. All police, public protections and law enforcement agencies must and will enforce federal regulations and statutes, irrespective of what their mayor, sheriff, ACLU, agenda driven judge, or decedent elected officials order them to do. If such instruction or orders are given, then the crime becomes Criminal Felony Conspiracy. No one can order them or anyone to trash the Constitution.

Again, this is felony conspiracy. If a civil servant (irrespective of office, appointment, or position) publishes, announces or otherwise permits such instructions, orders, or any other form of coercion to deny the protection of the people and/or relieve enforcement agencies of their duties and responsibilities, then they are ‘toast’ before the law.

If a crime by an illegal alien takes place in such a jurisdiction, and someone is hurt, maimed, or killed, then the victim(s), their family(ies) can sue. In addition, the people may sue, too! It is the lawful citizens’, job and sober responsibility to ensure that incumbents who fail to serve the people and only care to serve illegal creatures in this land are not elected. As of late, it is clear that we should never elect an attorney for anything and not vote for incumbents. The enforcement of the law starts with us, but we sit back, fat & sassy, watch our big TV and simply accept the upcoming sentence, which is imposed upon us. Lock-up officials, law enforcement people, and politicians who openly subscribe to sedition against the nation.. Criminal and lawful prosecution of sworn officers and elected politicians, or are demonstrably morbidly derelict in carrying out their sworn duties: to protect America and its people and culture.

The victims, surviving family, and the people can and should sue their municipality (mayor, city manager) and officers who have sanctuary policies or officially/in-officially looking away from obvious and not obvious illegal aliens. The, you can sue the ACLU too! If authorities, public officers, law enforcement encourage, create and atmosphere, or obstruct the removal of illegal aliens. Etc, etc, in any way, they are liable for MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

Applicable Charges: accessory to the fact, aiding and abetting a criminal, aiding and abetting the enemy, dereliction of duty, Abuse of Public Trust (this is important!), conspiracy, failure to enforce laws and statutes, failure to serve the people, criminal neglect, professional incompetence, professional impotence, incapability to serve honorably, Violation of Oath, failure to serve the public good, doing only duties that do not get in the way of personal comfort agenda, enforcing the law by agenda, wanton failure to serve, cherry picking law enforcement, wanton ignorance of the laws of the nation, the state, assisting public chaos, and so on, and so on... Understand the terms and when filing charges be able to make a cite or example under each rubric above. Use the evidence, which truly evident, against these people.

If need be (and it is always a good ideas for everybody), have a trusted friend or confidant check over your notes that your write down before you make the charges, remember, in most cases you may have to write it down.

Should any agency try to stop you or discourage you, put that in your report. And, then you can write that due to the existing agenda of the officer taking the report, desk officer (any body whom you might be required to speak with), that the officers and/or interviewer will execute plans to stop or inhibit you report; an not if they drop names or title, such as ‘no judge will accept this’ or ‘no investigator or prosecutor will take this seriously.’If this happens, then they have made a serious mistake!

Once this is done, notify the press, radio stations, talk shows, and support organizations, via e-mail or the Postal Service (do both, in order to go around an agenda driven interceptor who would shred it!).

If asked or you need to make statements, avoid meaningless generalities: cite what happened or is happening noting only information needed to let folks know that you the charges are legitimate. Otherwise, have your attorney or a proper spokesman do the talking.

Take time and make the effort to make those, who are making your life miserable, and effectively swipe at those who have organized and explicit plans to destroy a great nation, your home!

Employers of Illegal Aliens; working Illegally

Addressing The Illegal Aliens Source of Power - MONETA!: Further, any employer or firm willfully or unwittingly employing any illegal alien, even for one minute, report them with (if at all possible, provide as much information) name(s) of owner(s), company name(s), address(es), telephone number(s), any details. After reporting this to I..C..E., send an independent report via letter or e-mail to the !) State Department of Labor; 2) the local Sheriff, and to 3) the State and 4) Federal Attorney Generals. It gives these agencies the idea that they are the only ones with the information; it provided a sort of control, by which you can see who does or does not do anything. Take photos when ever possible!

Added back-up punch (trust no one): The next steps are the back-up, which ensure that action will be taken; that your effort were not in vain.. Please do not omit these steps A) FAX or mail an independent report to the Immigration and Naturalization Service; B) the Border Patrol; C) and the I.R.S. The last step, an independent, original report D) must be sent to the media and talk shows and also organization that you know will follow-up on this. Imagine (and it has happened) an investigator calling an agency to ask them about it and they have been trying to sweep it under the carpet!

If only 10% of the folks on this site alone do this, it will make a big difference too. Then, after a very short while, it may prove a very good tool. The SSN cross-reference and crack-down on employers is meeting with road block ser-up by the ACLU and their confederates of the Mexican Fascist Movement (La Raza, MeCHa, and the others). The action recommended here seems to work and it has the un-expected checks and balances to surprise agency workers who hide or slow-up reports (it is happening more often than not)!

If you do this, wait a couple of days, then go down to the police station (sheriff’s office if county) and file charges against the employer and the illegal employees (John Does?). Charges: being here illegal is a crime (misdemeanors), using false documentation or SSNs (felonies).
