That's what I thought, too, bugsygirl.  They probably "realized" that they better do something quick to make up for Geraldo and Alan, plus maintain their viewing audience for most of their programs.

I watched O"Reilly last night and he was taking full credit for New Jersey's decission to make police officers ask the legal status of criminals after being arrested. He also said the "ONLY" candidate for President that was "finally speaking out about sanctuary cities" was .............. Mitt Romney... can you believe that O'Reilly just downright will not recognize Tancredo as a candidate.. he has even said so before... I wrote him an email and called him on it but I doubt he cares..

I used to like O'Reilly but I am beginning to dis like him more and more. I like his efforts on protecting kids but some other things like protecting Americans I am beginning to wonder about

I am of the belief that many who watch O'Reilly right now do so waiting to hear him have to admit that maybe he took the wrong position in backing George W Bush so fervently or are watching it like fight fans who still watch Mike Tyson , only to see him get beat up more .

Yes, many of us wrote emails to O'Reilly yesterday.  I called him out as well for giving credit to Romney over Tom.  I told myself I would not be watching O'Reilly any longer, but if Michelle Malkin is filling in I will watch the program. O'Reilly can be a smug and pompous guy, yet he will defend anti-illegal immigration views, but his ignorance about Tom is blatant.  He blackballs who he wants, when he wants.  I consider him part of the elitist bunch with a slighly conservative bent.  His ego simply will not allow him to give credit to an American like Tom, as he would rather throw it over to a ziollonaire like Romney.

Sean hanity is the same way. He did nothing to give credit to Tom the other night. O'Reilly and Hanity are both Behind Mitt or Rudy.

You're right.  Sean displayed his true colors the other night.  He has been a diehard Rudy fan from the beginning, and O'Reilly will never give credit to the people who could turn the country around.  I think he teeters on the fence with Rudy and Mitt as well.

Sean, Bill and every other person in the media whether it be MSM or the few conservative media outlets all know that if the people of this country got a real and clear view of the candidates like Tancredo, Hunter or Paul that there could be a ground swell of support for one of them because they care about the people and not the interests of the global elite corporations. By keep the coverage of them down to a minimum they don't allow the people who are dependant upon them to show them the candidates in a true light. By doing this they keep the corporations that own the media happy. The corporations don't care if a D or an R precedes the name of the candidate as long as the candidate that wins is one with their interests in mind.

O'Reilly got an earful from me also:

How could you, Bill, give so much praise to Mitt Romney for his position on sanctuary cities when it was Tom Tancredo who started that ball rolling in Newark?  SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!  Congressman Tancredo also authored legislation, an amendment to the Homeland Security Bill,(H.R.2638) that will deny funding to 'sanctuary cities'.  That amendment passed the House and the Senate, but the Senate added a couple of their own amendments the House will have to approve before it goes to the President. How about giving some credit where the credit belong?

I will be watching the show tonight.  I feel sure Michelle will be fair with Tom.

That's it in a nutshell.  Everyday people need to wake up to this realization and start demanding that these supposed lower tier candidates (Tancredo, Hunter, Paul and Alan Keyes) get some "talk time." 

As long as we have the media outlets that we do, and people stayed glued to their views, it is going to be hard to get the word out about these decent candidates.  It is all grassroots efforts that will (have) to do it.

 Oh goody this means I get to fall in love all over again. I have gotten to the point of not watching anything much anymore because they all lie.

I just posted on Tom's blog that WE THE PEOPLE can influence the media and the government.  Do not give up, people.  This is just a battle won, there are many more between now and the primaries.

Fox really blew it when they didn't keep it fair or balanced with the Geraldo,Tom debate on Hannity and Colmes.We always expect more of Fox,not that we alway get it.I guess its up to us to let them know when they crossed the line.Sent out more e-mails on the Geraldo vs Geraldo debate.No offense to Tom,but I think Geraldo insisted that he be the only voice heard. And will send one on to OReilly about the Romney comment.
