Vemmaguy, Why do we have to apologize for the language. I know, we have to refrain here or we'll be banned. When the radical Islamic sons of bitches are mass murdering our people I guess the people will be saying "My gosh these guys are nasty don't they know we really care about them, why are they doing this, why we were for them, why this?" That too is part of the problem. We've become a bunch of weak kneed pansy arses with our heads up the arses of those screeching political correctness. Americans unfortunately do think this is a gd video game. I guarantee you those that oppose this are going to come back in force and use the words Patton said therein. They 'll say that is exactly what we're doing, we the people "are getting involved and we are taking back our country." You see they are believing the opposite of what this video is saying. They believe it is futile. They believe our Commander in Chief is exactly what Patton is saying about this Iranian leader. They are espousing full bore hatred of our government, that the majority are corrupt, Bush and Cheney are the worst, that an overthrow is in order if we don't get what we want, and get it soon. It all makes me sick to the stomach. Then we get someone like Esquire that knows how to put them in place in short order and look what happens. I too am becoming weary, and may have to just vent full bore and get banned knowing that I did not give up. It's NOT EVER GOING TO BE PRE-911 again, and the sooner we understand this the quicker we'll get our sh.. together and we'll stick it to the sons of bitches that want to stick it to us. They will too. Most are being lulled politically into thinking they won't. I already know what the responses are going to be, don't you Vemmaguy?

Has anyone here looked at General Black Jack Pershing and what he did to the Extreme Muslims back in the early 1900's? He did it right, but now, we have to abide by The UN, which I think is a crock o well, you know what.

There is no doubt in my heart whatsoever that there will be further incidents of violence and terror committed against us on our own soil. When this happens I truly believe that we will see a massive and overwhelming upsurge in patriotism and the spirit that has been silent for far too long. In other words, I think america will come to it's senses and put aside political correctness, socialism, and all of the other far left whacky junk that is paralyzing and crippling our great nation. The current crop of career politicians that are firmly seated in the ivory towers of DC truly frighten me with their seeming eagerness to sell us out. Like Gen. Patton, I think we need to look the weak kneed, gutless, traitors that are currently in charge of congress in the eye and tell them to shut up and sit down. Defeat is not an option and will not be tolerated. We must rediscover the pioneer spirit and rugged individualism that this country was founded on and produced heroes and leaders like Gen. Patton. That spirit and courage is still alive and well in this country, it has just been sleeping for the last little while.

I thank God Himself for having allowed me to come forth from my mother's womb and attending the excellent counsel of my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, school teachers, pastors, historians, and others to arrive at an age when I matured into the person I am and have been for a goodly number of years. It didn't happen over night. It took years for me to arrive. It took listening, reading, thinking, discussing, meditating, reflecting, personal experiences, accepting and rejecting the ideas of others. It took earning the money to pay for books and an education. And it all worked together, with the guidance of my personal Creator, Whose will it was that my mother not murder me by abortion, Whose will it was that automobile collisions not extinguish my existence on Earth, Whose will it was that I never drowned or had a tree fall on me or my falling into despair and committing suicide or some enemy killing me on a battlefield, or a burglar killing me in my sleep or a thousand other possiblilites occurring so as to thwart my arriving where I did. Arriving and remaining at the point where I still am today, to wit: BEING RIGHT! That's correct, being right. Being right and knowing I am right. Being right and freely stating it. Being right and fully living it. Being right and knowing that sometimes, about some matters, I may be incorrect in my perceptions and opinions but overall, and in the truly important matters--no matter what they are--BEING RIGHT!

I'm not one who thinks that God had the Bible inspired by Himself for mortals to guess at what He said/says. No, I know what He said and that's enough for me, no commas or question marks where He inspired the writer to place an emphatic period. And when He had it recorded, "Thus, sayeth the Lord God Almighty, that period is more an exclamation point. The same thing holds true of my reading of history, my use of language (the most important gift ever from God to His creature, the human being...we couldn't even know Him or anything about our salvation from sin and death without language), my comprehension of words and their actual meanings instead of a twisted and nonsensical definition, my ability to properly apply words and to discern how words are used by others when communicating with or to me.

I like being RIGHT. I should, there was an awfully lot of background tied together by God and His earthly servants to get me there. That includes members of our military that were God's servants in allowing me the freedom and security to get there. And they are high on my list of God's servants to thank after all that there is to be said and done is in fact said and done. When eternity begins beyond the experience known as fallen mankind's doings upon this present Earth, I can well imagine that I shall be firmly shaking hands with thousands upon thousands upon thousands of people who, by God's amazing grace and will participated in making and securing for me what will have been the totality of my Earthly sojourn. And I'll also be saluting millions of men and women who served in the United States military or were allies to those who did because of their yet fully untold stories and contributions to my being who I am and what I have been. And that includes my having so ofttimes been RIGHT.

It's true, all true Americans love a good fight. And that includes loving a fight for the good.

I just thought there may be one or two or perhaps a few who might want to know where I come from. BEING RIGHT is as American as it gets. It's a source of genuine pride, tempered with Godliness and humility and meekness. It's a powerful and motivating force. It should never be eschewed or shunned. Thank you very much.

Vemmaguy, I pray you are wrong about any further horrendous attacks on our soil. WHY FOR CHRISTS SAKE DO WE NEED THAT TO AWAKEN US? I don't want to lose any of my family or my close friends or anyone. That's exactly what Gen. Patton is saying. Take it to them, on their turf and don't give the bastards an inch. If we must we'll have to make it "a parking lot, then we'll pull out." Don't allow or even consider them bringing it ever again here to us. If we throw in the towel now then what you are saying just may become a reality. It also CANNOT be relegated down to $'s, i.e. cost. What $ value do we place on our ENTIRE nation? The minds for men I truly believe win or lose more battles and wars than all the weaponry combined. Patton is calling for all of U.S. to WAKE F-ing UP. It cannot be presented any clearer, unless you accept what Vemmaguy is suggesting, and then it may be too late.

Wow...you sure are good. I loved what you wrote bwwhaley. I sure wish I had the vocabulary that you have and I am educated also, but you are much better. That was a very powerful letter. Thank you. I have learned some things through that. I am not as right as you, but I get the message. I am right in different areas and it all started when I was born and raised by 2 wonderful parents that we as a family shared for so long. Now I am just me along with my wife, my son, my second son and my sister.
