This is a copy of an email I received from another important organization that I am a member of, which is also concerned with immigration and national security problems, specifically those involving the real agenda of muslims and Islam ------------->

Please take action today to insure that the "John Doe" legislation we worked so hard to pass will not be dropped from the homeland security bill. Read the below information and contact your elected officials immediately. Thank you for your activism. Together we make a difference.

Brigitte Gabriel, American Congress for Truth

http://www.americancongressfortruth.org

In Washington, a House-Senate conference committee on a homeland security bill is considering whether to include a measure to protect, from lawsuit, Americans who report suspicious behavior. The so-called "John Doe" measure comes in response to a lawsuit by six imams who were booted from a plane that was about to fly from Minneapolis late last year because they were acting very suspiciously, refusing to sit in their assigned seats, asking for metal seat belt extenders, and speaking loudly and disparagingly about the United States. The imams plan to sue not only the airline but the passengers who reported their behavior -- a step that, if successful, could have a chilling effect on whether other Americans come forward to report such behavior or whether they decide that doing so isn't worth the legal fees. Without this protection, Americans would have no reason to follow the motto of law enforcement agencies: "If you see something, say something."

Separately, the "John Doe" legislation passed both the House and Senate by overwhelming margins. But key Democrats are trying to drop it from the homeland security bill, which would kill it. House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson isn't enthused about it, and Senate Judiciary Chairman Pat Leahy spoke against it on the Senate floor. The conference committee is meeting and will make a final decision on this vital legislation in the coming days.

If you agree Americans should be encouraged to report suspicious behavior, if you agree they should not be intimidated by the threat of a lawsuit that could bankrupt them, now is the time to act. Call or e-mail your own Senator and your House member. Tell them to insist that the conference committee include "John Doe" protection in this bill. And after calling or e-mailing your own Senator and House member, contact Congressman Thompson and Senator Leahy. Also contact House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and Senate Assistant Majority Leader Richard Durbin.

Don't leave Americans who do the right thing by reporting suspicious behavior out in the cold. Don't let Americans be intimidated into keeping quiet. In the war on terror, there's too much at stake for all of us.

This bill isn't about the person being informed upon, it is about protecting the informer from being sued for reporting suspicious behavior - just like any other good citizen should do - which to comment on your historical reference - Nazi's were not the majority in Germany, but they came to power because other Germans were to apathetic or busy with their own problems to speak out against the Nazi party.

And you are obviously not informed about Islam - or perhaps you are muslim and are exercising taqiyya/kitman (deception/obfuscation of Islam's true intentions as advocated by the koran) - and its world domination goals and what will happen if we continue to let Saudi Arabia fund mosques and schools in our country, not to mention continuing to allow muslim immigration into our country.

The imam's whose actions caused the creation of this bill did so by purposely creating a situation such that they could sue innocent bystanders who reported their suspicious behavior just so they could use our own culture's warped obsession with "political correctness "against us to spread fear of reprisal should anyone speak out about them in the future - the same way the ACLU spreads fear amongst cities and towns and schools for any public expressions of our nation's Christian heritage.

Any such intimidation against who we are as a free, democratic, and (supposedly) Christian-based moral society must not be tolerated.

I'm not Muslim, I don't know much about Islam but I do want to learn, and no, we don't want this New World Order. This Bill is something you want, and your not for New World Order either? We've never heard of this bill, there hasn't been anything happening, so I don't understand....are you from Islam?

I'm not muslim, if I were I'd either kill myself or convert to something else so as to never again be associated with such a medieval, barbaric cult that is Islam.

Of couse I'm against a North American Union, and allowing unfettered immigration from latin america is not half as bad as allowing it from muslim countries since the true practicing of their religion is totally incompatible with having a free democratic society.  You gotta check out the link and related literature about Islam: http://www.americancongressfortruth.org

I don't know what else to say except that maybe you're a libertarian, which I am definately not since Libertarianism = Anarchy which is where we are headed anyway if the globalists have their way.  Libertarians also must have things to hide like personal drug use, a promiscous lifestyle or other immoral/ illegal activities since they are so against ANY government say in their personal freedoms - well there has be some government otherwise chaos would rule the world.  The problem in the USA is that corporations and self-serving and anti-American special interest groups have taken over our government.

Like myself, most people on this site I believe are (or should really be) paleo-conservatives like Tom Tancredo and Patrick Buchanan: http://www.theamericancause.org/

I'm tired and don't want to discuss this anymore.

I just sent yet another email to Kennedy and Kerry on this.  Honestly!  The two of them need to be recalled and sent out to pasture!  If there is a way to stab America and her legal citizens in the back....and twist the knife...there's the double K's of Massachusetts!  What a disgrace to my state they are!!  Go Jeff Beatty!!  Let's get some common sense in the senate!!!

Homeland Security has stated that the public must be alert and observant and report abnormal and suspicious situationsto help defend our country.  In fact, it has been said that public informants have deterred attacks such as Fort Dix, etc.  It is imperative we keep our eyes open but what is the point if when we report  and maybe deter a problem, only to find ouselves sued by the offenders.  Does this sound like the border patrol agents doing their job and then getting sued?   Calif refugee--this will turn into a big problem if this bill is not passed which gives immunity to prosecution for reporting a potential threat in good faith.  That is what happened in Chicage when six or eight Imams got on a plane --changing seats, asking for seat extenders, even though none were large people, etc.  A number of people reported this as they were fearful that it was a security problem.  The pilot was involved and the Imams were removed from the plane.  The "John Does" who reported it are now being sued by the Imams for everything they have.
