DC Wants High Court to Hear Gun Case

I wonder if Roberts will have a discussion with Kennedy before accepting the case to see where he stands.

US v Miller (the 1939 case) was an interesting case... iirc stood for  1) military weapons have greater protection than hunting weapons and 2) individual right rather than that silly collective right notion
