The article implies they still have a fight ahead of them, but at least they are taking that step.  Some of the elected officials just don't get it!  If they come here illegally, and have babies, THEY risk splitting up their families, not us.  And if they are afraid to not report a crime because they are illegal, OH WELL.  Citizens are the ones PAYING for the law enforcement there.  That is a service our taxes support.  The more 'crime' related calls the police have to make on the illegal communities, the less time they have for citizens needs.

The article says some mexican businesses are down 40% because the illegals are afraid.  Welllll.....then go home!  You won't have to be afraid of U.S. law if you do that!   Dahhhhh.

Thank you for posting this article, legalcitizen.  I read every word and it changed not one bit of my opinion.  AMOF it strengthened my opinion

I have NO sympathy for those who come here illegally and demand changes to suit them.  NONE for their arrogance and lack of respect.  It only increases my anger for our government that has ignored the "problem" for 20 years until it has become a crisis, and then insult me by saying "The status quo is not working"

Kudos to the Oklahoma Legislature.  I will even applaud those who voted for it this year that were opposed and kept this legislation from passing last year.

We must support our State Lawmakers and continue to hold the feet of those in Washington to the fire.

Border Security.  Nononsense immigration control.  Family unification is a non issue.  Those who leave family behind to come here can go home to be with their family.  We send people to prison every day for breaking the law.  That separates family.  We have 150,000+ service members in Iraq who are separated from their family.  I do not think they are risking their lives so the worthless bunch in Washington can give our country away.

Representative Terrill and HB1804 has made national news a number of times.  I am sure all State Legislatures are aware of it.  Colorado and Georgia already have very similiar legislation.  I read that 19 other states are drafting similiar legislation and some parts of HB1804 have made their way into the legislation of all 50 States.

We are very proud of Randy Terrill and of Senator Randy Brogdon who eloquently pursuaded the state senators who were holding back.  I think only 4 voted against it in the end and their careers are targeted in the next election.

Texas legislature only meets every two years thank God for this. Problem is they passed a border security bill and now they don't know how to implement any portion of what they passed because of the lame argument it is feds job to enforce the border. I just had a discussion with my state rep and he is as frustated as all of us are.

Blaze, Leo Berman responded to one of my emails to him and he said that he felt that powers from Washington stopped any bills we had here in Texas from getting to the floor. He has joind State Legislatures for Legal Immigration as well as the rep from Canton.

I wish the Oklahoma Legislature only met every 2 years

I just today talked to John Otto my state rep about the immigration issue and he said that the ranchers along the border are fed up to the hilt with the government and are fixing to take matters into their own hands. This new law in texas that allows you to shoot first and ask questions later  may be just what the ranchers have been looking for. If we could only get some fresh water crocks from South America that would slow down a lot of crossings. Bush needs to be pounded everyday even though I do not think it will do any good. His head is harder than a coconut. Maybe we need to introduce his daughters to some of these really nice Illegal Aliens I am sure he would love to have a new Mexican son in law that knocked up his daughter while looking for a better life.

Let's hope that LULAC, ACLU and Medef (I think I spelled it wrong) but anways DO NOT tie up the state of OK from enforcing these laws. I hope the states that surround OK have the same plan in mind becasue once OK runs them out - the alien invaders will just hop to the next avialable state and over run them.

The same thing happened here. VA citizens are fed up (rightfully so) and so they enforced the laws and made new ones to discourage illegal aliens. Well, they just ran across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge into Maryland - and Maryland just panders to them.

MD gets more and more in everyday. They have welcoming sign up for the invaders. ITS AWFUL. We complain till the cows come home and the idotis in charge don't care they just keep on pandering while WE are paying for this invasion. It makes me ill!

I am NOT going to be forced to move states becasue of an invasion. I fell like if I move than they win. This is wrong.

So many Marlyanders have up and moved to states with strict immigration laws on the books it an't even funny.

And the lected scum bag representatives and authorities want to know why the KKK acitvity in Maryland has shot up two fold. Local "College of the Albemarle" I found out today is offering English as a second Language/Citizenship classes.

I need to investigate this issue more they may be supporting illegal immigration. It already in my mind smells fishy...... I may enlist you good folks' help with a bombardment campaigne. This s*it's got to stop! 

With VA's laws, NC is also becoming over-run, they're not just moving North(MD) of VA.

There are now entire neighborhoods in OKC that has businesses with signs written ONLY in Spanish....we are being overrun here.  We had 2 children run over by illegal aliens in their cars already this year.  One child died while sitting in the driveway and was backed over by an illegal alien (female).  As she was being hauled to the police car she told her relatives to hurry up and bond her out so she could go back to Mexico.  A child was was hit today while riding his bike down the road and was hit from behind by a car.    A Mexican Male (with no SDL and no insurance) hit him and left the scene, after dragging the bicycle 70 feet. The boy is now in critical condition. They caught the guy today and it's a pretty good chance that he's illegal since he has no SDL and no insurance. 

So OKC is not enforcing the immigration law just yet.  I think Tulsa's problems are the worst yet.  Tulsa's homicide rate has skyrocketed.

I have heard stories from older folks who said how nice PG Country and SE DC where ( i couldn't imganie). Had many friends that lived there. Used to sleep with their doors unlocked. Then the 60's thing happened and well the rest is history.

Now that the illegal's (and it is not Mexicans either it is El Saladoran's M-13 GANGS are rampit) are moving on in - in those areas for one: it is pushing everything (which an't good either) further into Southern Marland and number two: the illegal's can't stand black people - have made it real clear they are on a enthic cleansing mission! Talk about scary. And the freakin' news will not report this? WHY. Oh that's right they are in on this CFR thing: One WOrld GOvernment takeover too.

The news won't report it because the truth of the matter is, they want mexicans and blacks to kill off each other. They feel we are their nearest competition for the bottom.

If you all understand, there are certain things that go on and that's happening where you have to be "that color" to understand what someone is talking about.

I know for a fact, since the two girls got killed by that illegal here in Vriginia Beach, the police and INS has stepped up the raids and deportations.

Wal-Mart is not over run, and you don't have to wait in long lines. I have a friend that is a security guard in a Latino club that used to be over crowded with El Salvadorans (MS-13) and other illegals but now they had to lay off most of the people because the club has no people in it anymore.

They have scattered like roaches in sunlight. Sad that it had to take something like that and (Bill Oreilly) to cuase it to happen.

All 50 states can make it happen if they want to. I think it's going to have to be a state by state thing. Instead of us going after the Federal Government and Congress, we need to start at the City officials, then the State Officials.

Then when we put in office who we want to do the job, it'll be easier to put who we want in Congress.

This problem has been going on for over 50 years and it's not going to change over night.

So, we have to mythodically go one step at a time, and the first step is the City Officials and the Mayors!

I believe you're right. It will have to be step by step working from the bottom up. At the same time, we have to rise up together and go after those in Congress when something like the Comprehensive Immigration bill comes along. We have to push those laws that go after employers, at all levels of government, who hire illegals. We have to cut off their income - all else will fall in place afterwards. With no source of income, they will have no choice but to return to their home countries.

Who is "they"?

In MD - this is how this works - the Mexicans and El Salvadorans (which equals MS-13) hate each other because El Salvadorans when arriving in the US illegally - they have pass through Mexico - the Mexicans rob them, beat them, rape them and sometimes kill them.

The darker you are Mexicans hate you and well El Salvadorans are darker skinned in nature. The El Salvadorans hate Mexicans by the time they arrive illegally in the USA and fight terribly here.

Now add the black people to the mix. The Mexicans and the El Salvadorans both hate the black people because the black people are the darkest in skin color. So, the black people now are ganged up on with the Mexicans and El Salvadorans (MS-13). That will be the only time the Mexicans and El Salvadorans come together is to kill black people, aside from that the Mexicans and El Salvadorans will kill each other.

How sick is that? This is truly bad. Not good. And with the government's failure or lack of will to protect Americans from illegal criminal invaders we are on our own. Protect yourself.
