Man accused of rape hours after he left jail (illegal)

COLUMBIA, Tenn. (AP) - Maury County authorities are looking for a man they suspect raped a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail.

Twenty-4-year-old Juan Villa has been in jail 11 times since 2001 on charges that include assault and public intoxication.

He was released late Friday night and authorities believe he committed rape just hours later. While investigating the crime, a 13-year-old girl also told deputies Villa raped her.

Villa is suspected of being in the country illegally and 13 other suspected illegal immigrants were arrested yesterday while agents searched for him.

Immigrant rights advocates have accused the department of racial profiling because it has detained about 80 illegal immigrants since May, including 25 in a single day.

Sheriff Enoch George says the immigrants were detained after deputies came across them during criminal investigations. 

My opinion: So let me ge this straight.  This illegal man was convicted and sent to prison 11 times since May 2001 and still they left him out instead of deporting him.  I just don't get it.

Big deal I get racial profiled every time I go to Mexico several times and who in the hell do you think I can complain to in Mexico NOBODY not even our consulate. All the consulate is there for is to party and rub elbows with the crooks in Mexico.

Is there no "Three Strikes, you're out!" law in Tennessee? Every state should have one. It should not be a question of housing them in prison at our expense, either. Again, a baseball reference: "Throw the Bums Out!" If their countries refuse to take them back, put them in a small skiff and tow them out to sea.

This guy got a get out of jail FREE CARD.  Makes me sick.  There is no justice in America anymore.  Illegals rape murder and do what ever else THEY WANT and get to go FREE.   How is it possible this monster got a get out of jail FREE card.???   I am really beside myself.  This guy needs to be hung by his BALLS, and then casterated.

What really puzzles me is that they kne he was put in jail 11 times!!!and still they didn't deport him! This man has raped back and forth and still they let him out! Not that I want this to happen to any politicians but I am sure if one of these free man even get close to one of their precious kids, they'll be the ones to would move the earth and send them back to Mexico with the other 12-20 million illegal aliens but because it didn't happen to any of them, they are just playing with their fingers and do nothing!
