Just think how many other incidents are going on that we don't hear about. I am so sick of the media calling them "undocumented", why can't they make it clear and state them as "illegal"? Because of the lack of enforcement of our current immigration laws, another US citizen is killed. The fact that this illegal scum bag has come into the US illegally 5x is another strong argument for getting that friggin fence up!

I wanted to let you know that my family is heartbroken over the death of Numa. It was a senseless act of sheer stupidity that took her life. She was a kind and gentle woman that was the caregiver for my grandmother. She not only took care of her own family but she took care of mine. She added such peace to our family in a very graceful way. We loved her, she was a part of our family and we miss her dearly. Now we only hope that the tragic loss of her life might some how make a positive impact in important decision that need to be made with respect to illegal immigrants. Enough is enough!

SuznAZ,

My thoughts and prayers are with your family, and with that of Numa's.

A truly sad situation.  Its a shame that her death has to be politicized, but hopefully some good will come of this horrendous act.

SuznAZ~thank you so much for sharing your story about Nanuma and providing the picture of her with your sweet grandmother. She radiates love and joy in that picture. I am so sorry for your loss and her family's loss and I pray to God that he give you peace in your hearts for the pain that you all must be feeling.
