Kill the Bill: Call the GOP wafflers and sign the Secure Borders Now petition Update: Hutchison to oppose shamnesty?

US News reports there will be slight delay until the beginning of next week because of energy bill infighting. But make no mistake: Shamnesty’s coming. And it’s time to hit the phones. According to Numbers USA, the following members are the crucial GOP wafflers. Click each name for more contact info or flood the amnesty hotline number at 1-800-417-7666 to get through. Things are brewing behind closed doors–Kaus calls it “eerie“–so speak now or forever hold your peace:

***Update: Ed Morrissey reports that Sen. Hutchison is set to vote against the shamnesty bill…”A Senate source told me a few minutes ago that Hutchison intends to vote against cloture, and will have a statement to that effect later today. Keep your eyes and ears open on this development.” ***

Okay, I'm confused.  When I called the 800 number it sounded to me as if that was a number FOR amnesty.  I spoke with Senator Brownback's office anyway and his assistant cut me off before I could say all I had to say even though I was being very polite.

It is a number I beleive Jorge Soros, one of the richest men is supplying to pro illegals people violet. Some on here have been using it to voice the opposite though. Its great if you dont have a long distance plan on your phone.

Hey, check out this part when you sign the petition, altho I can't find a link to let me see the signatures and the comments people made, there was this cool link to all the zip codes of people who have signed I believe this petion, pretty impressive!!
