The Government has decided to violate and ignore the Constitution and our national sovereignty by failing to close the borders. I have heard many people speaking about when the time for the militias (all Americans) to step up will occur. This could be your opportunity to stand up and take part in something great!

I have been trying to think through the logistics and abilities of the Militias of the different states to work together on getting together for a week and shutting down a section of the border. This would probably have to be in Texas.

The Op would be:
The Southern states' militias would be the first line of defense with northern states in reserve and providing security in depth. The Northern states would be responsible for securing the rear and flanks from assault. The reason for putting the southern states in the front would be to increase the legitimacy of the OP because it is those men's states that are the greatest invasion points.

Obviously, the northern states could rotate to the front for relief. This would be a full military operation that would close a 2-5 mile stretch of the border for 4-5 days. This would show solidarity among ourselves, as well as being able to cross-train and also to practice technics and tactics in real-life scenarios.

Any ideas? The length of the area closed could be expanded or shortened. Also, the various militia groups could coordinate to spend a week apiece in overlapping segments to cover a longer time span. Coordination could also be obtained with the Minutemen, who could guide militiamen to make citizens arrests and hold the detainees for the BP.

This will be posted on AmericanMinuteman; ModernMinuteman; AWRM; WarRifles; FireSociety. If you repost this, please let me know, so that I can monitor the process.

We should all!!!!!!!!!!! sign up with the Minutemen, and build a human fence thick enough to not let anyone through,  protest until our border agents are freed from jail, and find enough people to volunteer or sign up for the jobs "Americans won't do". We need to speak up everywhere.  I am so surprised to hear people say they never even heard of the Minutemen, Firesociety, Patriot Guard Riders etc.

I agree with you, and I do what I can from my end, including telling everyone who will listen that having a baby is sacred, and not to be used to stay in our Country illegally.

Go America

Florida Constitution Article I, Section 8(a)

The right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves and of the lawful authority of the state shall not be infringed, except that the manner of bearing arms may be regulated by law.

This is Our Constitution in Florida. I don't see where it says anything but that as far as Militia's go. However, it's in The Constitution of The United States.

Problem is bush has labeled the patriots as vigilantes. Are we a Militia or are we vigilantes.

In their eyes I guess we are Vigilantes. Sad huh? I know what happened when we were excerising a takeover one time to see how strong we could do it and it worked. I won't say where. It was not meant in harm. It was meant to see how secure such a facility could be and we got through it, backed out and went home until the next meeting that next week. Believe me. We are The Militia no matter how you put it. It's once again called, We The People.

Blaze77535: Is that a question? Cause the answer depends on who is asked. Personally I have no problem with being called a Vigilante (by definition "a citizen who steps up in a community with no LAW or CORRUPT law enforcement to provide justice in that community" ). Hey, I'm from the WEST  where there is a Loooonnnggg history of Vigilante Justice (Montana State Troopers still have the code on their uniforms.  3-7-77   .  You say: Problem is bush has labeled the patriots as vigilantes.  I say: Problem?   Only a problem if a crime is committed.   Action by citizens that is planned, legal, video taped, and organized is what is being discussed here.

What are you going to do against armed persons as you will not be allowed to carry a firearm and you will have no authority to apprehend. Not being smart just realist.

I beleive you are right. I don't think congress has mad it law that illegal crossing our border is a felony, I think it's still a misdemeanor. And I think that is crazy but, it being a misdemeanor allows only law enforcement officers to make arrest.

Concealment...who gives a crap anyway about whats legal or illegal anymore. The word 'illegal'  means nothing to our government, they've betrayed us. It's past time to move on this...it's time to organize and act.

Amen,brothers and sisters,

but just alittle input from a Kalifornia refugee who after 29 yearsof service in San Diego law enforcement, fled the border wars to the Idaho panhandle.

I learned the hard way long ago that dedicated, honorable, and devoted lawmen caused the high-ranking admin-types nothing but grief as well as the fact there were damn few of us who actually gave a crap about those we served.  Thus, we were treated accordingly and cut off at the ankles, denied promotions, kept out of the limelight, and generally ignored and ridiculed for our devotion to duty behind closed doors at every turn.

Why did I stay you might ask? I had(still do) a wife and four kids who depended on me and I was no different than any other working man and they came first before anything else.   I retired when I was elligable, after the kids were raised and on their own, and after one bad job-related injury too many. It was after that we fled as far away from that sewer as fast as we could.

Am I bitter and angry? You bet... I'm bitter not because of all the crap I had to put up with on the streets but because of how my own Department and higher-ups left us hangin' in the wind rather than back our play and angry because it took me so damn long to figure it all out.  Who suffered? Not me or mine because I made up my mind long ago we would be safe in our home and survive no matter how rough I had to play.

So, how do I few the miltia movement and vigalantism?  Boys and girls, you are the last hope.  The government has sold us all down the river in the name of politcal correctness and the new world order.  Talk radio and conservative "fair and balanced" news don't care unless we affect the ratings in a positive way or we buy their cheap crap in their catalogs.  Newspapers care even less.

Add to this the fact people like Morris Dees of southern poverty law center fame has labled every free thinker or concerned citizen as domestic terrorist.  Think I'm kidding? Read his book "the gathering storm" that was out a couple of years ago.  It will give you an idea on how the new age think of us.

While I at it, I'll ask you to read "the sorrows of Empire" (militarism, Secrecy, and the end of the Republic) by Chalmers Johnson.  Well researched, facts well documented and if it does'nt scare the crap out of you and royally piss you off at the same time, you better check your pulse and see if you're breathing.

All I'm saying is go for it but do alittle research before we hit the ground running to make sure we all know what we're up against.  As a history buff I can tell you there was a time in our past when the times and issues we live with now including individual and state's rights, led us down the path to insurrection which is not to be taken lightly by any means. As the saying goes, " those who forget history are doomed to repeat it."

Good luck and if you find you could use a beat-up, crippled old street monster, keep me in mind.  Besides I'am a damn good camp cook.........

Another grt day! The latest attempt to push the amnesty plot down our collective throats has once again, gone down in flames. I'm actually starting to think we can impact the bottom feeders in the capital.  Apparently, they care more about their bulls**t jobs then we thought.

Now is the time to keep the pressure on and keep it on HARD.  wHERE'S THE DAMN FENCE!  you've got the money in your slimly hands and THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!  Last check there is a rip-roaring 12 miles built after almost a year after the the project was approved and the money set asside.

How many illegals in our jails and prisons?  Simple fix.. They go to jail with an immigration hold alog with whatever other charges apply.  You bail out or the case is resolved, you walk okut the back door right into an immigration bus heading south or to one of the holding camps until your sorry ass is booted accross the fence.  Try to come back, you're soilent green or a tree ornament!  Got the idea, Chata? You want to come here, get inline liked everybody else.  You want to play games, you lose...

Enough of this crap!! Enforce the laws that are on the books!  It's not that hard. You want medical, housing, education, and food stamps? Prove you're here legally, you're working and contributing like the rest of us, and you're a long time resident of the county you're applying in, not some jerk seasonal worker. Can't do it? looks like you're gonna get real cold and hungry, Juan because the free-bees are over. Don't like it? you are a non-citizen, pal, you don't have any rights. You have no garantee of ANYTHING other than a holding camp for you and yours and a quick trip back to the homeland with a warning... you try and come back and you do so at your own extreme peril.

Clear enough? Any questions? Got the idea? Enough of this pussyfooting around with these leeches and their whining and screaming off-spring and time to clean house.  That includes the reps in DC who chose to ignore the majority of the citizes and patriots.  I've made up my mind what I'm ready to do to make it happen, are they prepared to suffer the conciquences?

Be safe and be prepared................

We must ensure that we are not blind sided by those in Washington , and the only way to make that happen is to be ever so vigilant to ignorance on their part but also on our part . While Mexico and it's citizens were invading our country and openly defying our laws , ( which caused many to focus on Mexico only )  there were also others from many other countries . We cannot lose sight of the fact and that means airport and harbor security also needs to be addressed . If we only pursue one stop gap and not all , they will just go to the point of least resistance , all of them . Just like a boat , plug all of the holes or you will be hard pressed to bale at a hectic pace .

Vote Responsibly and if you don't vote don't complain around me .

Nehemiah sets forth three lessons to enhance our understanding of how to be involved in reforming society: (1) understanding the differing types of calling, (2) understanding the differing levels of involvement, and (3) understanding the differing spheres of involvement.

1. Differing types of calling: Nehemiah—to the surprise of many—did not have a distinct hero; rather it had two co-heroes: Nehemiah and Ezra. These co-heroes had different ministries: Nehemiah was an activist involved in “cutting-edge” activities in the social/public arena; and Ezra was an intercessor, spending his time at the temple emphasizing spiritual activities; however, both were invaluable to the restoration effort. In recent years, these two types of Christians often confront each other, with the activists (the “Nehemiahs”) demanding that the intercessors (the “Ezras”) get involved in public arenas, or vice versa. Such demands are inappropriate, for both are needed: activists need intercessors and intercessors need to find activists for whom they can pray.

2. Differing levels of involvement: in Nehemiah, the men of Tekoa rebuilt two large sections of the wall, while others rebuilt only the section adjoining their own homes. In other words, not all will commit the same amount of energy to rebuilding. The standard of measurement should not be the quantity, but involvement; only then did the rebuilding effort succeed.

3. Differing spheres of involvement: in Nehemiah, there was much latitude for involvement. Individuals were assigned different locations to rebuild different sections. Today, some workers may labor on pro-family issues, pro-life issues, anti-porn issues, educational issues, or anti-sodomy issues, etc. It is improper for one to expect all others to join him at his location or “issue”; there is too much to rebuild for all to work on the same section or “issue.”

This is from Wallbuilder's website. Nehemiah's and Ezra'a are what we are.

Spin Zone now in effect - just saw on Fox News announcement of immigration bill failure.  They said since the bill was designed to help with border security, home land security, now what would happen?  What were they to do?

Chertoff said he would enforce current laws.

What a novel idea!  Enforce the laws he took an oath to do, and he acts like he is doing us all a favor!

If we don't act now to secure all our borders we will be over-run with illegal immigrants and terrorists.  If our government responds only to Special Interests we can show them whose country it is by forming malitias to guard our borders.  Hey....we had Minutemen in 1776 who put their lives on the line to secure our country's independence for Britain....we won the Mexican War in 1848 to establish our southern border.....now it may be time for the 2nd Mexican American War....

I'm with you Duke. It is the time and We Can and Will Stick together. We need to talk about this and wow, what a day. Sorry I haven't been around. I had to go about 75 miles to the east of me to check out a subdivision. There were errors and I had to download everything and get it back here. I am in Land Surveying. Was great news today so I heard.

Time to take care of the border. We need that money that is in trust for this project and I have a feeling GWB isn't going to hand it over. We also need to concentrate on Our Border Patrol Agents. First, free the one's that they have put in Prison, get this nonsence of not being able to shoot when encountered by an illegal and have them arrested, and 3rd. Get Johnny Sutton pulled from Office!! Let's take em all out!!!

The same Senate now wants more of our tax dollars to go to AIDS foreign aid. Here's a notion give the money to the Border Patrol. These idiots minus a few ( very few ) can't see the forest for the trees in the way.
