RAISING AMERICA'S DRAWBRIDGE TO AMNESTY

Hardly more that a mere 200 years ago, our Declaration of Independence was adopted. Already, our present congress is wrangling over the dissolution of the United States sovereignty by opening its floodgates and raising its drawbridge for “Amnesty” and “Open Borders” in behalf of The North American Treaty.

Congress expects 60% of the illegal alien-flood, currently occupying the USA, to come forward for documentation. Who are the remaining 40%, estimated at 5-8 million? Obviously, criminals and terrorists will not come forward to be identified and deported. So, what is the point of amnesty? And, what's the public-safety difference between "violence by Criminal Invasion" and "violence by Military Invasion"? In addition to this failed strategy of public safety, our government body runs the risks of detrimental transformation and deposition by the overwhelming will of our invaders and their avalanche of votes.

According to government statistics, its estimated that 10% (upwards to 2 million) of the 12 - 20 million illegal aliens are criminals, and criminals are generally repeat offenders. In addition, we have no idea of the magnitude of terrorists occupying our homeland because they are the unsuspecting "silent cells."

What a nightmare we are leaving for our children and future generations! Its not the same America that we once knew, and we are not safer! Washington is responsible for taking its eye-off-the-ball by its continued failure to protect our borders, most especially during wartime. Furthermore, President Bush is blackmailing the American people by stalling the long overdue urgency of border security until we concede to his demand for Amnesty.

In light of exposure to the infamous "Catch and Release" scandal, our government demonstrated its failure to process background checks on the daily volume of illegal border-crossings. Thus, what merit is the government’s pretence of having the capacity to scrutinize and process credible background checks on the millions of illegal aliens who have accumulated within our nation over the past decades? With overcrowded prisons, jails and courts, what pretentious law-enforcement capacity will we hear next, in addition to the grandiose illusions of catastrophic employer-enforcements?
