DAVID SIPES GETS THE LAST LAUGH!

David Sipes, former Border Patrol Agent, was prosecuted  and convicted of physically restraining an illegal alien.   He won a new trial after the prosecution lied in the first trial.  David was found "Not Guilty" by his second jury, but he did not get his old job back.  Yesterday the courts ordered David Sipes reinstated with back pay from April, 2001!  THREE CHEERS FOR DAVID SIPES AND HIS ATTORNEY, JACK WOLFE!  WAY TO GO!

Now that is good news! Want to bet whether or not he gets a desk job or a post ALONE near a canal? !

I worked for the .gov and I know first hand that he will be harrased by the establishment! But let's get our other agents free now!
