Background Checks On Those Who Have No Background

Does that make sense?  Of course they will pass a background check.  Privacy laws make it impossible to find out about much of their past if one exists. 

They are going to let them pay their first $5,000 in installments?  Have fun chasing them down and making them pay their late payments. 

This whole thing is a despicable piece of crap.

Piece of crap is an understatement.  And it seems to me I heard these "background checks" are REQUIRED to be completed within 24 hours.  So, exactly how thorough a check is it going to be?  Not much!!
