I just rec'd this info from Dustin Inman Society, who is staging the event, and I am planning to attend for my long lunch break (which means I need to break a lunch date if I can).  It is on the north side of town, off I-75 just inside the perimeter.  This should be fun:

 RALLY AGAINST LA BILL! NO COMPROMISE ON THE LAW!

The Dustin Inman Society will stage a rally to oppose amnesty.

RAIN OR SHINE! CORNER OF

AKERS MILL RD.
AND
GALLERIA DRIVE, ATLANTA
. AKERS MILL SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER (THIS IS JUST A FEW YARDS FROM SENATOR SAXBY CHAMBLISS’ OFFICE AND A FEW MILES FROM SENATOR ISAKSON’S OFFICE….AND WE WILL BE ON PUBLIC RIGHT- OF- WAY…THE SIDE WALK ON AKERS MILL ROAD AT GALLERIA DRIVE, ENTRANCE INTO THE GALLERIA OFFICE COMPLEX. Just South of where I-285 crosses
Cobb Parkway
which is Hwy 41. If you were coming from 285, exit
Cobb Parkway
, go South 1 Block, turn left ( west) turn into shopping center on your right. EVERYONE WILL BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. Noon- 1PM.

 

This is near the Galleria Hotel, but on public sidewalk. DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDE WALK!

 

OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE THE U.S. SENATORS REPRESENTING GEORGIA AWARE OF THE MASSIVE PUBLIC RESISTANCE TO THE SENATE BILL! NO AMNESTY-AGAIN! NO COMPROMISE!

 

Both Georgia Senators have voted with Kennedy, Obama, Clinton and other far left liberals on amendments to the “Grand Compromise” Amnesty-again bill in the U.S. Senate. We must make a public demonstration of the will of the American people to secure our borders and obey the law…WE DO NOT NEED MORE LEGISLATION TO ENFORCE THE LAW OR SECURE THE BORDERS!

 

WE SUPPORT THE CONCEPT OF ATTRITION THROUGH ENFORCEMENT!

 

Please take a long lunch and let the media see that real Americans insist on real enforcement and border security! JOIN US IN OUR PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY. We will be protected by Cobb County Police.

 

We all have see millions of illegal aliens marching with signs that read: AMNESTIA NOW!...and “WE ARE AMERICA!...as Americans WE are America!

 

THURSDAY – NOON – PLEASE COME HELP US ENCOURAGE OUR SENATORS TO VOTE “NO” ON AMNESTY-AGAIN!

 

Our signs should read: “NO MORE AMNESTY!” Or  “REMEMBER 1986?...WE DO!” or “COME BACK TO US SENATORS!” or “WE ARE AMERICA!” or “MEXICO DEPORTS MORE PEOPLE THAN WE DO!...WHY?”

Make another sign using the lyrics to Charlie Daniels' "The Devil Went Down to Georgia".  (AKA Bush to Glynco, GA) - he's definitely in bind, 'cause he's way behind (in the polls) and looking to make a deal (with another devil...democrats!)"

Now this I have no choice but to miss, I will be in Chattanooga until Saturday evening. But please keep all of us informed of when events such as this will occur. One day I am sure we will all be able to make a stand together. Good luck & Stand Fast.

I'm stuck in Massachusetts with Fat Ted and John Effin.  But, I have a few pals in GA....is it near Macon?  Or a reasonable distance from there?

Patsy, Macon is about 1.5-2 hours' drive from the north side of Atlanta, depending upon traffic & construction along the way.  The location is about 10-15 mins from downtown ATL & right near the freeway. 

 You poor thing, having to be in Mass. with those two, especially Ted Drown-A-Date Kennedy.  I feel like sending him e-mails just saying "Mary Jo Kopechne"  or better yet, come the anniversary of her death (July 18, 1969), send him a reminder e-mail!!!

LOL.....do it!!  I've done more than my share of harassing him about his abandoning Americans (on this bill) much like he abandoned Mary Jo!  Bastard!  I will let my pals know...I'm sure a 2 hr. drive is do-able for them.  Thanks.

Cool Patsy.  Just was e-mailing D.A. King, he said make sure they know it's in that shopping Center at Akers Mill and Galleria Drive, just make sure they read the info. posted carefully.

That's excellent.  Feel free to pass it on.

I have Krok on the radio now, in between his calls and info. about Michael Vick's dog-fighting involvement, he has mentioned he will also hold a rally near Chambliss' office before the vote on the bill. Details in a couple of days.  Tell your friends about that, too, they can go to the wsbradio site and find links to his his website.  I'll also post it when he makes the info. known.

Damn. Just drove through Atlanta today on my way back to Virginia. Please people in Atlanta go in force!!!! We must take to the streets just like the illegals do. If we want to win this fight, we must get from our comfort zone and get out there.
