Wow, this is prob. why Compean and Ramos are in jail, wrongfully convicted for doing their jobs trying to arrest an illegal alien drug smuggler.  Also explains why Sutton is prosecuting the agents, see, they are interfering w/ the drug cartels.  Bush appointed Sutton.

BUSH SIDES WITH MEXICAN KILLERS AGAINST U.S.

By Cliff Kincaid

June 13, 2007
NewsWithViews.com

The State Department’s top legal adviser told international lawyers on June 6 that President Bush is so committed to the primacy of international law that he has taken his home state of Texas to court on behalf of a group of Mexican killers. The Mexicans had been sentenced to death for murdering U.S. citizens, including young children.

LATEST ON THE BUSH

PRESIDENT BUSH DEFENDS RAPIST-MURDERER TO APPEASE MEXICO  By Pastor Chuck BaldwinOctober 12, 2007NewsWithViews.comIt seems President George W. Bush will stop at no lengths to appease Mexico and place the United States under international authority. His latest fiasco, however, twists logic, mocks justice, and defies decency. I am referring to the fact that President Bush is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the death penalty of an illegal Mexican alien convicted of brutally raping and murdering two Houston, Texas teenagers back in 1993. (I wrote about this case already) Here is World Net Daily's (WND) latest report of the story: "At issue is the death penalty verdict for Jose Medellin, who confessed in 1993 to participating in the rape and murder of two Houston teenagers. Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena were sodomized and strangled with their shoe laces. Medellin then boasted of keeping one girl's Mickey Mouse watch as a souvenir of the crime. "The Bush administration is before the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to overturn the death penalty, at the behest of the International Court of Justice, a division of the United Nations. "Medellin and four others were convicted of capital murder and sent to Texas' death row. A juvenile court sentenced Medellin's younger brother, who was 14 at the time, to 40 years in prison." Why, you ask, would President Bush appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of an illegal alien who murdered two American teenagers? According to administration officials, it is because "the Texas court [that convicted and sentenced Medellin] is undermining the president's efforts to conduct foreign policy." You read it right. President Bush is defending a rapist-murderer, because the man is an illegal alien and, therefore, should be turned over to the authority of a UN "world court." And, according to Bush, for the State of Texas to refuse to do so undermines the President's efforts to conduct foreign policy. One has to wonder: just what kind of foreign policy does President Bush want to conduct? Apparently, Bush's foreign policy determines that it is more important to appease the Mexican government than see justice done for two American families who had their teenage daughters raped and murdered by an illegal alien from Mexico. Remember, this is from a President who, when he was Governor of Texas, signed more than 150 death warrants. This is the same man who mocked condemned prisoner Karla Faye Tucker after she had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and had appealed to Bush for clemency. In fact, George W. Bush just might be the only chief executive in American history to publicly mock someone who was about to die. In his autobiography, "A Charge To Keep," G.W. Bush addressed the subject of granting clemencies for people convicted of capital crimes. He said that it was not his job "to replace the verdict of a jury unless there are new facts or evidence of which a jury was unaware, or evidence that the trial was somehow unfair." He has now obviously forgotten this principle.

Michael moore - Farenheit 911

I have known of this one , first time to watch. Certainly brings back "memories" .  The entire country needs to watch this , again if already viewed. Life goes on and we tend to forget.

Bush, Cheney, Enron, Halliburton...oops.

Does anyone here recall former WND writer Debbie Schlussel's Bush's Terrorist Buddy that came out a month after 9/11?:

The Feds finally arrested and I believe deported the insane jihadist al-Arian after he had preached hate and jihad for years at U of FL.

AlArian is still in jail, serving 18  months for contempt of court. He refused to testify against some other jihadists in Virginia. He went on a hunger strike, thinking he would gain some sympathy, and maybe be freed. He was originally acquited of some of the charges against him and then he pled quilty to conspiracy charges. He completed that sentence and will be deported as soon as he completes the contempt sentence. His family, with the exception of a couple of almost adult children (terrorists in training?) left a couple of months ago.

I live in the Tampa area and we are so happy to be rid of them. But now we have the two Egyptian USF "students" who are charged with having bomb making making material  in their car while visiting South Carolina. They were picked up not to far from a military base there.

One of them confessed to making a bomb making video, using remote control toys. The terrorist fool posted it on utube. He is the reason the airlines are now inspecting all remote control toys.

He rented a room in a house from the same man who rented space to Alarian and his now deported brother in-law for their Islamic studies group, aka terrorist group.

The Tampa area is loaded with terrorist supporters, all of whom were cheering Alarian on and cursing the government for discriminating against such an innocent Muslim! Ha what a joke!

Yes wow what an eyeopener., Bush looks  like the DEVIL and I believe he is behind a lot of OTHER things that are going on.

He wants ILLEGALS here and why?  He is in bed with mexico.

He tells everyone that it will be GOOD for the USA to have these people here.

But, yet we The AMERICAN people are PAYING for IT.  Taxpayers, are paying for there free this and free that.  Getting free medical care as use of the emergency room hospitals.  They will not pay so who gets the bill we do when we have to go to the hospital, charge you double price.

We are paying at the price of officers being KILLED by ILLEGALS you hear it every day. Here in Phoenix, cops are shot, everyday by an ILLEGAL.  Does anybody do anything about it, NO WAY.

ILLEGALS are KILLING INNOCENT CHILDREN by raping and then killing them, and they have Bush on there side.

Then you have people who are protecting our boarders and then when they do there JOBS they get arrested with very HARSH sentance, while they give the ILLEGALS FREEDOM, and what happen to the DRUGS?

GEE i wounder???

Then you have the government constantly LYING.

Committing treason.

Committing purgery.

Committing, and LYING under the constitution of the United States.

A friend jokingly made the comment that she was sure Bush would find  a way to be the first dictator of the New North American Union---then I received this email.

Bush Quips He Might Stay in Power (Threat Level Plays Along) By Kevin Poulsen 17 Oct 2007 At a press briefing this morning that touched on issues like the White House's extrajudicial wiretapping program and torture policies, the president [sic] was asked a question about Vladimir Putin's plan to hold on to power when his term as Russian president runs out. Reporter: Mr. President, following up on Vladimir Putin for a moment, he said recently that next year, when he has to step down according to the constitution, as the president, he may become prime minister; in effect keeping power and dashing any hopes for a genuine democratic transition there ... Bush: I've been planning that myself. ...THREAT LEVEL doesn't believe that he's going to declare a state of emergency and cancel the 2008 election. But in July, we filed some FOIA requests anyway. We asked five Justice Department offices for documents produced or revised after August 2001 "addressing the feasibility, advisability or lawfulness of deferring, rescheduling or canceling a U.S. national election."
