Let's use this thread to help us track how Senators say they are going to vote on the Bush-Kennedy amnesty bill. Find stories online or better yet -- call and document how these senators from this state are going to vote. If you call, include date/time of your call.

Switchboard: 202-224-3121.

Be sure to ask:
1--Does the senator support the Bush-Kennedy comprehensive amnesty bill?
2-- Will the Senator vote to "invoke cloture" (i.e. end debate) on the amnesty bill?

REPORT ON PETITION DELIVERY IN SOUTH CAROLINA

10,886 South Carolina NO AMNESTY petitons delivery update.

We arrived at Senator Demint's Columbia office to an open door and very warm reception from the staff. They even allowed little future Senators to sit at Senator DeMint's desk and posed with us for several pictures. We were assured that Senator DeMint will not support any form of amnesty in the currently debated bill.
Conversly, when we arrived at Senator Lynsie Graham's office we met a locked door. We rang the buzzer and a staff member cracked the door and asked what we were there for. "We have a petition delivery for the Senator" we answered. Two of us were allowed inside (about 2 feet)  but were firmly told that no pictures were to be taken. The petitions were handed to the staff member who promptly set them on the desk. I asked again that these petitions be given to the Senator. We were told they would be sent to Washington and shown the door.
After leaving the office we used a copy of the color page I had made and took a picture outside Senator Graham's door since we were not allowed pictures inside the office.  There was no sense that a civil servant worked there.

Senator Graham of course will vote for the amnesty bill. He will not take calls and does not respond to emails. Watch South Carolina dump this traitor. Got a confirmation email from Senator Demitt 5-22-07 he does not support a immigration bill until the borders are secure.

Senator Demint opposed cloture, but that has passed.  His office aide said that there will be about two weeks of debate on the bill, but did not state which way the Senator would vote.  Enough calls from his constituents in South Carolina could knock him off the fence...I do not know for sure if he is opposed to the bill, or was only opposed to the cloture issue.  Senator Graham's office aide said that he was in support of the bill and just took down my name, address and position on the subject.  I expect to receive, in the mail, requests for donations to his campaign. (LOL)

I talked to Graham and he is for it, and Demint is against......interesting their from the same state.  I just moved here from Philadelphia (EWWWW), and i asked both senators where the congress and senate were for the last 21yrs. since the last bill passed....how could thy let this happen, that stunned them, answer was; "OH I'LL PASS IT ON" PS I just heard kennedy on the senate floor defending his bill .....MY GOD HE'S A QUART LOW.

Today I asked an aquaintance who we could run against Lindsey Gram and he said; "I'll vote for MICHAEL MOORE if he's running against Graham! Lindsey Graham is finished in this state! He's no Republican and worse; "He's not one of us!"

When you call Grahams office, remember the video that this traitor has posted on YouTube. He received an award from the hispanic hate and racist group LaRaza and thold them 'we wil ltel lthe bigots to shut up"  now when i first found out about this, i called his office and they DID NOT deny him saying it but they didnt know who it was meant to be towards. AFTER seeing this traitor was one of the 6 who were behind closed doors negotiations I called his office again though this time they told me there was a KKK and Nazi groups in south carolina who apparently had a rally two weeks ago at the capital.. but what they fail to realize is that the la raza dinner WAS IN MARCH.  so i guess we americans are bigots because we want laws enforced and we dont want these illegals here.

And this past sunday, he said on FoxNews that IF anyone pushes anything that will change this agreement that " I WILL PUSH BACK"

PLEASE vote this traitor out of office

I live in Myrtle Beach, I have been emailing and callin Graham since Nov06, when I first found out about the North American Union .  I am from NY, but I gotta say the southerners here are not informed, we had a Horry County COuncil meeting on Illegal Aliens and all three people that showed up to stop the illegal here were Northerners. Well we lost and the builders and the landscapers won, they want illegal aliens and we all know why.

South Carolinians need to get their neighbors informed, as I have, to what is going on, Local news and papers dont tell them anything

Get the word out and get Graham out

and vote for Ron Paul to return our Republic to the great country it once was, Ghooliani, Romney, Mccain and the rest are for illegal aliens and dont let them fool you

I have been noticing Graham for some time now and I believe that he has become a Demon-crat or he was in "sheep's clothes" from the beginning!

He was a supporter of "Manchurian"Cain from the beginning and McCain is no conservative.  Graham is always working with Teddy Kennedy, also.

Graham gets very conservative around re-election and then goes back to DC and gets back in bed with the liberals.

We need a SC patriot to step forward and run him out of town.

DeMint is the "real deal"  and he is against this amnesty bill.

I, too, emailed Senators Graham and DeMint.

Sen. DeMint responding saying he is not voting for the Amnesty Bill. He is interested in securing the borders.

I received nothing from Sen. Graham except the email saying he got my email.

I haven't yet had the time to actually read the proposed Bill.  As a member of the Republican party it offends me that we seem unable to be pragmatists.  Truth is, I don't know how to fix this mess.  I would love to see the US protect our borders, but as a pragmatist I know we aren't willing to pay the price.

I would like to see a class action filed against congress and the President on behalf of all citizens, filing a case against them for gross negligence for failing to enforce existing laws.

I too called both senators. Got a pleasant receptionist in Demint's office who intellegently advised me that Jim Demint is against the amnsty bill and would be voting against it.

Senator Graham line had a worthless message.

Graham has got to go!!!

I have called, faxed and emailed all Senators concerning illegal aliens.. I also live in Myrtle Beach and the illegal mexicans have taken over our city. Those in authority are not listening to the voice of the American people.

I was stunned with our Horry County Council voting to allow illegals aliens to  reside in Horry County. Did the council not break the laws? I was not informed of such a meeting.

As far as Senator Graham, he's a democrat in a republican body. He's on his way out in South Carolina.

Americans are screaming to vote no against any amnesty bill. Our Senator best be listening.

I am not from your state, but at one time I really admired Senator Graham, but the last couple of years he really has turned into a R.I.N.O. "Republican in Name Only" he's right up there with McCain and Spector....hope y'all have someone to run against him next year.

MANY PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES NOT VOTING

Important!! Not sure which contact to use.. so here are both their Candidacy and the Senate contact information.

We need to pressure The Presidental candidates into a NO vote they are ones with an election at STAKE. They are the ones seeking or money as we speak!! Its a General Election they are campaigning for so we can call them all and Pressure them all.. ( except maybe Kerry, do they come any dumber?)

We need to demand their vote be on record  for this issue, so we can weigh our Presidential votes!!!
