Called my Senator Gordan Smith and asked how He stood on this bill.  I was informed that He was still studying the bill and had not made a decision on how He was voting. I made sure that His office knew that if He voted for the bill I would never vote for Him again.

Put in a call today (Tues, May 22) to both Smith & Wyden's offices. Both were still UNDECIDED. Informed their staffers that we would NOT be voting for them if they voted for this bill. Sen. Wyden's staffer requested our zip code. Both said that they would pass our requests along. Keep the calls and faxes coming!!

I have contacted Sen. Wyden.  At this point, he is undecided.  I have informed his staff that if he votes for this immigration bill that is currently before the senate, I will not be voting for him in the next Senatorial election in Oregon.  I was not able to get through to Sen. Smith, but I will keep trying. 

This Immigration Bill currently before the Senate is an afront to all who have come into this Country according to the Laws.  Why, in Heaven's Name, would we allow this kind of ILLEGAL activity to become law.  There is so much talk of how much in DEBT this nation right now and the fact that Social Security is going Bankrupt, yet, our leaders are offering our hard work to go to those who do not pay into the process.  WAKE UP CONGRESS AND LEADERS.  IF THERE IS THIS MUCH DEBT, YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO DO THIS!

1. 40% of all workers in L.A. County ( L.A. County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes. This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.
2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.

3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens

4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers.

5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.

6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.

7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.

8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

9. 21 radio stations in L.A. are Spanish speaking.

10. In L.A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.

Called both my Senators and left messages that if they voted for this bill in any form, Myself and My grassroots effort would vote them out of office at the end of their terms.

Gary - Oregon ====   Applause to you!   We moved from Oregon 9 years ago to Southern Colorado - what a culture shock!  Imagine not being waited on in a restaurant because you are white or receiving less than adequate medical because you are "a Whitie".  Yes...this is real - it happened to me and to other people in this area of Colorado, and this is only the tip of the iceberg! And, even though I'm a graduate of the Univ. of Oregon, with excellent references, etc., I don't qualify to apply for many jobs because I "don't speak Spanish" and "not from around here."   (Meaning..."you're not Hispanic!") 

  Needless to say, my husband and I are planning to return to a remote area of the Pacific Northwest!

Although, I do recall that before we left Oregon, a manager at a major chain store told me how a Mexican migrant worker yelled at her and DEMANDED she speak Spanish!  This man returned while I was there one day, and the manager asked me to stay there as a witness if he approached her in the same way.  She was afraid of him.   So, I guess Oregon is not without these issues.

Once again, Gary, thanks for taking a stand and letting your gov't reps know it!

 

Can anyone explain why our "leaders" and I say that loosely are so hell bent on pushing this stupid piece of junk tho, What is the deal, how can they think it is a good thing. any insight on this.

I am a professional Spanish interpreter (born & raised in the U.S. with lilly white skin, blue eyes, and brown hair!)...  And quickly becoming part of the minority.

I have a unique bird's eye view of this issue -- I just wish someone would provide me with a "soap box" so that I could tell the TRUTH to all TRUE Americans.

 I predominantly work on the phone interpretering for companies all across the U.S.

 Here is an example of a call I took today.

 A man went to an emergency room.  Said he wanted to get the X-ray results of a head scan done in September 2006 -- yep -- never bothered to get them.  He also wanted to be "rechecked" for Tuberculosis.  It took me over 25 minutes to get to the bottom of all of this.  I won't bore you with the extreme details but I would like to tell you the TB side of the story.

He is from Ecuador.  Came here illegally three years ago.  His wife died from TB complications in Ecuador.  His children were treated for TB.  He began treatment and stopped after 3 weeks (typically a 6-8 month course of medicine every single day.  If you miss more than a couple of doses, you have to start the entire treatment over).  He was told he was TB positive in Ecuador but "didn't believe it."  One month after his wife died, he left his children in Ecuador and came here.  Had a PPD skin test in September of 2006.  It was, again, positive.  Had a chest x-ray.  Never bothered to get the results. 

Hmmm.  By the way, he has some classic symptoms of TB disease. 

He is one of millions with such TB exposure.  I have so many stories I could share with you.

These people are not "family oriented" -- they are, for the most part, uneducated, ignorant of basic sanitation and medical facts, filled with superstitions, irresponsible.  The majority of the women I speak with have 2-4 children, by different fathers.  They do not receive child support so our country pays for these children.  They hop the border every day after having no prenatal treatment and our country rolls out the red carpet and doesn't charge them a DIME.

 Oregon has been overrun.  These days, you cannot find a single business, hospital, 9-1-1, etc., that does not make you press, or say, "ONE" for English.

 My God people.  We are losing our country faster than we can spit.  Why aren't we camping out on Wyden and Smith's doorsteps?  Why aren't we bombarding them with these facts.

I wrote a report that was given to the Oregon Republican party a couple of years ago about these facts.  They were very interested.  Anyone want a copy?

Your experiences with the Mexican parasites are appalling and sobering but not surprising to me. I have had similar experiences myself so I am no stranger to the reverse discrimination they dish out while relishing every retaliatory minute of it. The reality of it is just almost too incredible to be true but yet they have already taken over and I am really afraid it is too late to do much of anything although I personally will pray and try, the situation looks dismal at best. Several years ago, I was literally run out of my duplex home because these low class Mexicans who all went in and bought the other side kept me up all night and I had to go to work the next day. They delighted in torturing me. I even took them to court and they all lied under oath and made up lies about me. I am single with no sleep over boyfreind to vouch for me so it was them against me!. Before that I really did not have an idea of just how bad they really are. There may be a few good apples somewhere, but I just havent run across any or heard of any either. I just read that in Anchorage the latest count is approx 19,000 Hispanics and that it is the fastest growing ethnic group of all. They must know a good deal when they sniff one out because of our permanent fund and thier habit of breeding like rabbits (every child also gets the fund). Jaws of Life hit it on the nose about most of them being uneducated, ignorant, and I will add a few more: IRRESPONSIBLE (oh he said that), SELFISH, CRUDE, RUDE, LOUD, PARASITIC, FILTHY IN MIND AND BODY, SYSTEM MANIPULATORS, REGULAR MANIPULATORS, LIARS, CHEATS, CRIMINALS, ABUSERS OF ALL KINDS, and it just goes on and on. The word "undesirable" reaches new lows. I think we best be figuring out how to protect ourselves from them bec the government does not have a good track record of enforcing laws when it comes to Hispanic and white, even the police are afraid to stand up to them! and will lean on the Hispanic side so as not to appear that they are "prejudiced". I know, it happened to me!

I have contacted the offices of Smith, Wyden and DeFazio.  Smith and Wyden are 'undecided" ( told them they better get decided).  DeFazio's office replied that he will NOT vote in favor of this bill if he gets the chance.  Sounds like he has some real problems, as do we all, with amnesty for these law breakers.

It is Time for OREGON to take OREGON back from these people.  I was born and raised in this grand state and hate to see what is happening to it.  It brings me to tears.  Oregon used to have the best of everything, best people, best enviroment (prior to the enviroterrorist), best jobs, best law enforcement and best schools - WHAT happened to US???

My daughter moved from Michigan to NY,it took her 4 months to get hired because she couldn't speak bi-ligual,she was a honor student and graduated Cum Laude. All she could get for employment was a job part time job making 8.25  an hour ,{shes white}

also the last 15 yrs 95% of the gas stations and party stores are owned by arabians in the state of MI

The news article about the new French President and his ACTIONS (not just words) is UPLIFTING and HOPE-INSPIRING.  It needs to get distributed to the Powers-that-be (although they should already be aware).  To think; a tiny country like France (liberal as all get-out to boot!) has the cajones to put a stop to the madness! 

I just returned from Las Vegas yesterday.  Like Lake Tahoe (which is being overrun with illegals - yes, beautiful Tahoe!!!), Las Vegas greedy casino owners aren't satisfied with our gambling, hotel, entertainment, and food dollars; they must hire the cheapest possible labor, as well - to hell with America and Americans.  Las Vegas, NV might just as well be called, "Las Vegas, Mexico".  It is FLOODED with latinos, and the news was chock-full of their constant crime sprees.  I won't be back.

Now they've invaded the last frontier - Alaska?!  I wish the invasion would have happened after I was able to live a peaceful full life in the beautiful and selectively-not-over-populated U.S..  As it is now, I still have about 40 years to live in a soon-to-be 3rd-world cesspool.  Let's fix this.  Everyone - vote for Tancredo or Gingrich (if he runs).  They are both our salvation.

I can't believe what is happening.  Please wake up your friends, family, and neighbors.  It's not a PC-taboo subject anymore.  Also, please donate to YOUR FAVORITE anti-illegal-immigration candidate!! They need our support, an are not nearly as well funded as the traitors.
