A BILL

To authorize appropriations for assistance for the National Council of La Raza and the Raza Development Fund.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Hope Fund Act of 2007”.

 

SEC. 2. ASSISTANCE FOR NATIONAL COUNCIL OF LA RAZA AND RAZA DEVELOPMENT FUND.

(a) Use.—The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall, to the extent amounts are made available pursuant to subsection (b), make a grant to the National Council of La Raza for the purpose of providing technical and financial assistance to local non-profit organizations to undertake community development and affordable housing projects and programs serving low- and moderate-income households, particularly through organizations located in neighborhoods with substantial populations of income-disadvantaged households of Hispanic origin. Assistance provided by the Secretary under this section may be used by the National Council of La Raza or the Raza Development Fund to—

(1) provide technical and financial assistance for site acquisition and development, construction financing, and short- and long-term financing for housing, community facilities, and economic development;

(2) leverage capital from private entities, including private financial institutions, insurance companies, and private philanthropic organizations;

(3) provide technical assistance, training, support, and advice to develop the management, financial, and administrative capabilities of housing development organizations serving low-income households, including Hispanic households; and

(4) conduct such other activities as may be determined by the Secretary and the National Council of La Raza.

 

(b) Authorization of appropriations.—There is authorized to be appropriated for grants under this section—

(1) $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; and

(2) $10,000,000 for each fiscal year thereafter.

I looked this up and at this point it has just been introduced. I am going to ffind the copy of the text I saved which is a speech from the founder of LaRaza that calls for the extermination of whiltes/blacks. I think this would be the information to send all Reps.......we are already paying them grants with our tax dollars.

This bill is completely unconstitutional.  Are any of our members attorneys?

Feinstein supports LaRaza and open borders. That’s how she and her husband RICHARD C BLUM, got in on Bush’s Carlyle Group and millions in war profiteering that bought them one more mansion. “Illegals are good citizens!” quote from Feinstein. La Raza supports Feinstein and works to register illegals to vote for her.

Boxer has always worked to hand our jobs to third-worlders. That’s why she collects so many campaign bribes from high-tech. She voted AGAINST the English only bill.

Harry Reid is charter member of LaRaza. He wants open borders. Reid is listed as one of the ten most corrupt politicians by Judicial Watch.

Henry Waxman supports open borders. Call his office and ask him what is policy is. Has no idea what you’re talking about. Illegals? Oh, you mean “cheap” nannies for rich people?

Jane Harman supports open borders. She didn’t get to be a millionaire by wasting her time working for her congressional district.

Nancy Pelosi not only supports open borders, she hires multitudes of illegals on her Napa winery.

Harry Reid wants open borders. He’s a charter member of LaRaza Mexican Nazi party.

Bill Richardson wants open borders in New Mexico despite what the invasion has cost his state. He’s running for president and needs the illegals’ illegal vote!

..............therefore who picks up the tab for all this “cheap” mexican labor?

 

 

Well I got to call Boozmans office twice today. They are gonna know my first name. I got a flat tire and went to the shop and got to talk to a lady about La Raza and this bill. Laura Ingram was on Fox radio on the way there with Tom Tancredo. Isnt it great how even bad things can be oportunities.

Boy do we have to get together on seeing to it that as many of these so called Representatives in Washington that vote against the U.S. citizens never see an office again. For one thing they don't vote in favor for anything other then their own self interest!  I'm pretty sick of the back stabbing these poor excuses are doing!  Call, call, call, write, write, write!  Oh it's time to keep a heads up on who is registering to vote too!  I was reading that they were registering voters at the cinco demya this time around!  I wonder who they were registering?
