Manuel Bartsch was born in Germany. After his parents died; he was brought to this country by his grandfather, a U.S. citizen in 1997. He applied for a Social Security Number in 2005, and because of a clerical error by his grandfather was arrested and set to be immediately deported. His grandfather never finished filling out his paperwork. Hispanics can enter our country illegally, regularly create counterfeit documents, run roughshod over our laws, and brazenly flaunt their lawlessness by marching in our streets for all the world to see. Yet they are ignored by the federal government. I feel that open violation of our laws trumps a minor paperwork error. The last I heard this young man's grandfather was still battling bureaucratic red tape.

It is because he is or was attempting to do it in the legal manner of which he was asked to become a U.S. Citizen. If he just as you stated came across with false paper work & was smuggled in, he wins the lottery. As far as those who do things correctly, they are punished as well as you and I for speaking of it.

My question to everyone, is there anything & I mean anything that you as a person an indivisual should not be able to speak? There is only one answer. (NO!!) it is all about common sense. Those who says yes, or hesitate have lost their way.
