Happy dogs in Omaha, NE

This is for you Angry Patriot--I heard that the dogs in Omaha are again happy because the city council repealed an earlier action which it made it mandatory to post animal warning signs in English and Spanish.               This action evidently occured because a Latin activist went to the city council because so many Mexicans etc were getting dog bites.  Evidently the council's action caused an uproar since it was contra to the constitution of NE.  I'm happy and the dogs of Omaha couldn't be happier!!!  If you don't want to be bit--learn English!!
