ROGERS, ARKANSAS -- A Rogers man turned himself in to police Thursday in connection with rape and residential burglary.

Police received a call on Jan. 19 that Garcia-Campos had broken into a home at 908 N. 29th St. and raped a woman in her early 20s, according to the affidavit to obtain an arrest warrant.

Garcia-Campos attempted to tie up the woman, put something in her mouth to make her be quiet and held her down on her bed and raped her, police said.
