Border Patrol Agent Noe Aleman Latest Victim of Johnny Sutton By Digger Noe Aleman, a 12 year veteran of the Border Patrol in the El Paso sector is the latest victim of US Attorney Johnny Sutton. Johnny Sutton is the one who put Border Patrol Agents Jose Compean and Ignacio Ramos behind bars for shooting a drug smuggler in the rear while fleeing back to Mexico. Noe Aleman, 12 Year Border Patrol Veteran Now we have Border Patrol Agent Noe Aleman's story as reported to me by him at a dinner in support of Ramos, Compean and Gilmer Hernandez, all victims of Johnny Sutton. Noe and his wife Isabelle planned to adopt their three neices aged 13, 14 and 16. They hired an immigration attorney and over the course of the adoption they spent a total of $40,000 to adopt the three girls. Soon they were together and had a happy family. Noe would head off to work everyday putting his life on the line in the El Paso sector patrolling the border and stopping illegal aliens, coyotes and drug smugglers. Time passed and they were required to file more papers regarding the immigration visas of the girls. Now here's where the story takes a wrong turn. It seems that the immigration attorney they hired was incompetent. So much so that the ages of the three girls were listed as 19, 20 and 21. Things were a complete mess due to this error and the fact that it made all three legal adults and therefore the adoption questionable. The immigration office continued stalling for 6 months on their case and eventually their visa records expired. The girls were listed as illegal aliens. One day when Noe went to the immigration office to find out what was going on he was arrested on the spot and put in jail with charges of harboring illegal aliens. The family was devastated and the three girls were picked up and placed for deportation. The girls were sent back across the border and delivered to what they call "a dip" which is a Mexican orphanage. Noe and Isabelle have not seen the girls for over 2 years and Noe has been convicted by Johnny Sutton and now faces 6 months in prison at Yazoo City - the same prison where Ignacio Ramos is being held. He is expected to start his sentence within 30-45 days. I looked this man and his wife directly in their eyes as they told me their story. I could see the sorrow in them. When I asked Noe about his thoughts on prison he did not show weakness, but only a sense of despair for the three girls and what they are going through. I could feel the sense of loss as they spoke about the lovely family they had while the three girls were with them. Diggers Screams FIRE JOHNNY SUTTON! At the White House This is simply not acceptable! This continued prosecution of our Border Patrol Agents by Johnny Sutton must stop! I am outraged and you should be to! How soon before they come for you? There is an obvious agenda in Texas to absolutely destroy the Border Patrol in any way they can. Whether these orders have come down from the Bush administration or are being requested by Mexico is unknown, but day after day we are hearing about these Border Patrol Agents being targeted. Yes, targeted. These are not simply cases being brought for their actions, but they are being put under a microscope to find any way possible to have them convicted and imprisoned. It's a damn outrage and it's about time we stood up and said enough is enough!

Johnny Sutton needs to be brought up on charges of prejudice, Johnny Suttons track record seems to indicate that he wants terrorize any Border Patrol Agent that has any contact of any kind with Mexico or any of its people that try to do things the right way.

Noe Aleman is a type of person I would be Proud to know.

It is a shame that Johnny Sutton can not be prosecuted, But I think His job title protects him.

No one should ever be above the law, Not even a Prosecuter.

The sad part is this man was doing a service to his family and the issue could have been easily resolved and the children could have stayed with them.

The pro-amnesty group has much to say about splitting up families of illegals but say nothing when this type of travesty happens......

I, like you, would be proud to know this man and have him as my neighbor....for he shows family values and has preformed a service to this country.....

If this man is going to jail for harboring, don't you think it is time for our government to start rounding up employers, church officials & pro-amnesty groups?????

  I am so sorry for Noe Aleman,his wife and the 3 girls.Johnny Sutton has stepped way over the line as far as I am concerned.What about all the other"harborers"???? How many would be in jail if all of these"law breakers" were jailed?? Then our government would have to put out more money for more prisons cause we sure don't have enough to hold all the crooks in this country!!I never thought I would live to see the day that our country was "No Longer OUR COUNTRY"

Who are the people that stand behind this terrible man? Does he pick the juries that convict the Border Patrol agents? Does he want a short life or a short career? Why would anyone put this type of person in office? Doesn't Mexico need him in their country? I do not think "real" Texans want him here. I think we are ashamed! I hope he does not have Texas blood flowing through his veins.  I believe that he had a transfusion and has some new type going through his body. Maybe that is what is affecting his brain and judgments. As a loyal citizen of the US, this man really scares me. He has too much power. I do not believe in killing him so how can we get him out of power? No one in our government should want to be associated with him. (I know that I asked a lot of questions) I hope someone comes up with a good answer. I do not even think I will feel sorry for him when he does have to pay. As a Christian, I really think he will pay for all of the pain he has caused the families that have tried to uphold the laws of our wonderful country.

This Sutton guy has started his own KKK style jihad against Border Partol Agents.  It kind of make me wonder if maybe Bush, whome I voted for twice, is directly,or indirectly using him to threaten border agents who do their jobs.  How do these guys stay on the job with it being so obvious that our own government is targeting them for extinction?  I've met the Ramos & compean families & they are wonderful people.  It may have to people like them to lead a movement against our own government's interferance in law enforcement.  Has this Sutton bastard ever prosecuted a criminal?

Please be careful and stay strong, I'm afraid our country is in trouble. We as a people are going to have to be sure of our next president.  That maybe not be enough. The government is trying to change our lives.  If we aren't careful we'll be under a dictatorship instead of a free democracy.

This is the big one! For the first time we are going to get in Johnny Sutton's face in person. The American Freedom Riders, the Texas Minutemen organizations, and many others are going to gather in front of Johnny Sutton's office for a huge demonstration demanding pardons for Ramos, Compean, Hernandez, and Brugman. Ironically, his office is in a Bank of America building.

We are having an organizational meeting on Saturday, June 2nd at the

VFW Post 76, located at 10 10th Street, San Antonio. The meeting will begin at 3:00pm. This meeting is for the leadership (not the entire membership please) of all Texas Minuteman groups and all other anti-illegal immigration groups who wish to join this effort. I encourage all of you to notify every interested organization you can think of to attend this meeting and join our protest. Please pass this message on to all potential participants.

You are receiving this message far in advance for two reasons: First. Preliminary interest in this event is HUGE so, since we have the opportunity to make a huge impact, additional time will help us be better organized. Second. I previously commited to be a Roadguard for the "Run for the Wall" and I will be out of touch from May 13 to June 1. Brack,Good for you and your group!El Presidente is in charge.Gonzo takes orders from him,Sutton works under Gonzo,and on down the line.Bushe wants his NAU,which means no border,no fence,and no border agents.They take their orders from him!Sutton was on Glenn Beck either Thus.or Friday,after Monica Ramos.Glenn asked him why he called him and asked to be on his show,and he says because of all the misinformation thats out there.Ill tell ya,Glenn tore him up,and then cut him off at the end.I loved it!!! Anyone who believes anything that Bush,Gonzo,Sutton,or anyone else in this secretive,corrupt so called Administration says,has to be out of their mind!!!!
