12 suspected illegal immigrants arrested

Twelve suspected illegal immigrants were discovered early today when the van they were riding in was stopped by a Colorado State Patrol trooper on Interstate 70 near the Utah line.

Master Trooper Ron Watkins said the driver and 11 passengers were found after a trooper stopped the van because it was "listing to one side, which indicates overload."

Officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement were dispatched to process the 12 and determine their legal status.

Really Ray. I often hear that immigration officials dont show up and thats what the main problem is. I would love to hear or see updates on these cases to see where they go once immigration gets ahold of them.

All we can hope is that they enjoyed their Mcdonalds as a memory & be back eating tacos in Mexico soon as possible.
