Many of the problems with todays youth can be traced to the parents not knowing how to handle their children. Some of this is because the single parent must work and cannot supervise them adequately, and second because they have not idea how to handle the problems associated with growing children.

It is my belief that when a child is noticed by the social services community for a behavior problem, they get refered to a special team. This team must consist of the police, a judge, education people, possible a religous person. and any other person deemed important.

The judge must legally order the child and parents (mother) into a class; the child depending on the offense, and the parents on dealing effectively with the child's behavior. If the parent is deemed ineffective in dealing with the child's behavior, the child should be removed from the home or a home trainer should be appointed.

Caught early maybe many teen problems could be avoided.
