That was really funny. Thank you, it made my day.

-What is essential in war is victory, not prolonged operations. -Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win. -There is no instance of a nation benefitting from prolonged warfare. -quotes from the Art of War by Sun Tzu, 6th century BC Chinese General and war strategist.

If the petition were to make it into the lofty offices in Washington, D.C. and somehow cause the creation of a bill which is then somehow passed into law and not vetoed would there be waivers attached to the ban?  I wonder because without the waivers if the new law were to be aggressively enforced will that enforcement not severly interfere with the free expression and exercise of the religions which sprinkle "holy" dihydrogen monoxide upon its faithful, "baptize" the dearly departed who have for hundreds of years been dead and rotting, and use its "cleansing" powers so as to be worthy to approach and pray to good ol' allah no less than five times per day.   But then again, special exemptions and absurd accommodations are so often made for the fervently religious that they may be allowed to use the dangerously "toxic" chemical, with impunity.

San Francisco says no to bottled water

http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/06/24/bottled.water.ap/index.html

In a press release announcing the decision, the mayor cited the environmental impact of making, transporting and disposing of the bottles. More than a billion of them end up in the state's landfills each year, the release said.

...........................................

Well maybe if the City had a solid recycling program maybe this would not happen.... Come San Francisco..think with your brains....banning bottled water.......i guess you dont want to see people outside jogging and otherwise getting their exercise!!!???  call it the lazy town.....

I am all for being green but not this green. I live in Florida and we are in a drought. What is going on with this Mayor ? Now you can't even buy bottled water there ? Crazy world.
