I saw this article from WorldNetDaily and wanted to share it with other Patriots like myself.  I am sure that all of you are familiar with the lawsuits brought against Agents Compean and Ramos.  If you are not familiar with this particular case, check out the facts here: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53805

This case has infuriated me about the injustice within our American system.  Now, I have been following the case of Deputy Hernandez.  He was recently sentenced to a year of prison and is being sued by the ILLEGALS that tried to run him over with a van!!  I would think this is a joke if the truth were not in black and white.  See the truth here: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=54856

I am outraged and know that all true Americans will be also.  I have written my Congressmen and gotten form letters back.  I have also signed the Grassfire.org petitions and the Firesociety petitions.  Does anyone else know how to better get results?

We need to start organizing some marches with some powerful groups backing our efforts and millions of people showing up for the events.  I think there are marches scheduled in April and in June.

I too would like to know why Illegal citizens can come while commiting a crime and if they get injured, they can sue the border agents or any other police officers by saying that they violated their civil rights! What is up with this picture? I thought that only US citizens were allowed to do so???

When will it stop? When our government realizes that, under the CONSTITUTION, those of alien nations CAN'T sue US citizens or the government.

It will stop when we elect a president who follows Constitutional Law & we get rid of the ACLU.

I dont see where its even constitutionally right for them to claim civil rights much less sue someone in this country over it. These people are demanding alot and getting away with it, and what we allow we controle us soon enough.

Personally I think the ACLU is just a front for La Raza and Mambla now. I have to see them turn their butts around and start going in another direction before I would even think they are capable of it.

bugsygirl... I hope you didn't get that I support these law suits from my post. I have written several letters to the ACLU requesting them to drop American from their name as they do not represent the American People. Our Constitution applys to citizens of this country and no one else. It seems the trend now is for groups like the ACLU, LaRAZA,MECHA and others is to coin the phrase "Civil Liberties". If they want civil liberties, go back where they came from and fight for them there as you are not entitled to them here in the USA.

No I didnt get that gail. I dont think most of us on here like the ACLU much. And for sure we all agree that them(illegals) being able to even sue is outrageous.

And thats exactly right....coining phrases seems to be a war with words. If they can make an illegal into an undocumented worker, then into an immagrant, they change the way people look at them in the mainstream media. And civil rights I need to deffinately study more on , but I cant find those civil rights for illegals. So theyve said it enough and no one challenges the phrasing....why? Do you ever notice that even in public interviews with a group in opposition to illegal immigration that no one even apposses or questions the phrasing?

Unfortunately, the ACLU cares about nobody but themselves and how powerful they can become.  Until the ethnic non-Americans stop endorsing the ACLU, that organization will never stop its tyranny.

I consider anyone who calls themselves Mexican-American, African-American, European-American to not be true Americans.  You are either American or you are not.  By placing that suffix, people demonstrate where their real loyalties are.

Bugsy, You're right!  We need to call an illegal, illegal.

The entire movement can start with you!  Change your terminology; then teach everyone you talk to what the differences are concerning that terminology.  Blizzards start with just a puff of wind.  We can be the winds of change that will blanket our country once again with true Americans.

I agree freedom, and words obviously change things. Our laws and constitution are words acted on. At least they used to be acted on .

For me, if you come legally to this country to become an American, there is no need for special  groups such as LaRaza, CAIR(muslim),AWARE (asian/pacific islander)..the list goes on. Respecting one's own culture is fine but to attempt to sabatoge our government and the American People is another.

Interest groups have used our laws to turn the tables. Instead of them being oppressed they have become the oppressors. This happens in most civil rights groups too. It was illegal for a white group to exclude other races. Now its being done by many other groups....La Raza, Black coalitions and such. Ive never had much problem with racism, but Ive noticed the tendency for smart racist people to jump on something and completely turn it around.

FreedomHawk, you are right on.I am an American! When politicians hyphenated the citizens of this country it was for one reason only:to divide for the purpose of a vote!!P.C.'s are the putting a heavy strain on the country. We as citizens need to claim back our language and say what we mean and mean what we say!!

If a government violates the social contract by endangering the security and rights of the citizens, it rebels against the people, and the people have the right to dissolve the government.

John Locke  (1632-1704)

The wise man is one who limits his ambition according to his ability.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
