I know that I for one am sick and tired of being scared to eat out, eat raw vegetables, lettuce, and now even peanut butter.  It has been happening to many different food items for the government to still ignore it.  You can not have third world people working with our food and not expect to have third world cleanliness with it. I have read on several other sites the threats from illegals to taint our food. I know this sounds like just another conspiracy theory but sadly it's not, it is true.
Anti-illegals activists threatened
Hispanic group suggests food workers might taint food at Vegas summit

Posted: May 25, 2005
A radical anti-American group working for the establishment of a separate Hispanic nation in the southwest U.S. has threatened attendees of an anti-illegal immigration conference in Las Vegas planned for this weekend, saying Mexican food workers might cause "Montezuma's Revenge" among those they serve.
"What the bigots who will be meeting at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas don't know may not harm them, but the fact is that most of the personnel who work in the hotel's kitchens are Mexican. We pray that they don't fall victims of 'Montezuma's Revenge' from eating the food."

Yet another food poisoning outbreak has been reported, this time with over 250 people sickened at an Olive Garden.
There are many more articles out there about this. I just feel that it is time for the American Government and the LEGAL American people to stand up and fight back, anyway we can.

First i would like to say that i am  PROUD american and love my country and its' people. That said, I am sick and tired of "ILLEGALS" collecting my tax dollars and getting aid that I can't even get! Just in the last few years, I have seen an amazing change. The illegal population is taking our money (sending a vast amount to mexico), jobs, often commiting crimes against US, getting everything to be written in spanish and pushing aside English. Please don't confuse me as a racist, I'm not. I am for anyone who wants to legally come to America, go through the legal process, and be a working part of our society, SPEAK english, and be an AMERICAN. I think with the way this is all coming around (example; the mexican flag put above the American flag, here in America at a Public American school), If Americans don't step up and put an end to these type of incidents soon, it maybe to late.

Well, I never bought the 'wild pig' explanation for the Spinach contamination.  And since many illegal aliens work in the food processing  business.................That would be a good place to start rounding them up.....Inspection for produce and meat is sadly lacking.....Many Americans don't realize that it has been a practice to process Beef...that is 'downed'.  'Downed' means the animal is too sick, or injured, to stand or move on it's own.

Since the Mad Cow scares around the world....some countries like Japan, inspect every animal, and exclude brain and spine......It may seem strange, but Japan may be responsible for better screening and inspection of beef(at least for meat going to Japan).

slvrblond, in Kansas there is a meat packing plant that wanted to implement more stringent, Japanese standards for its beef inspection so that it could sell the beef at a premium to countries such as Japan.  The American Beef Industry would not allow it.  They may have finally been allowed to do so, I'm not sure.

Recently, there was an article on the internet about the Senate dining room offering Japanese beef instead of American beef.  Is there anyone out there who truly believes our government has our health and welfare foremost in their minds?  Oh, and it isn't just the illegal aliens picking our vegetables, we're getting more and more produce from Mexico and soon it will be our hershey's chocolates.

We've been sold out to big business and it doesn't matter if its an "American" business or a foreign business, they're all the same now.

I had just heard that on the radio about the Hershey's plant I think Thursday or Friday.I thought they have to be joking, closing the Hershey plant down in Hershey Pennsylvania. I mean come on the town and amusement park is named after the company. As a country filled with obese people do they really think we believe that chocolate sales are down.

I thought it was kinda funny as they say that Mexican's are doing the work that American's won't do yet there are massive lay-offs all over the country and plants moving to Mexico and other third world countries. How can American's be getting laid off if they are not doing the work as we kept being told. Sounds like a contradiction to me. Also when they had the raid on the chicken processing plant in Georgia and thankfully sent back several hundred aliens they said the line was out the door for American's apply for jobs. Why because the plant had to raise the pay up to an amount that was FAIR and HONEST for the work being done.

QueMan I am with you it might get to the point where we have to grow our own produce or only purchase it if you are lucky enough to have a farmers market near you that you personally know the farmers so you know who is handling your food.

Well, Canada and the US, share parity in the meat processing....They were taking 'Downed' animals, too.  Canadians were furious that Japan banned their beef after the notorious Mad Cow Scare a couple of years ago....And japan has banned our beef, too.  I don't see why anyone should resent the Japanese for demanding more stringent inspection...if they have undertaken 100% inspection of their beef.....Why shouldn't they expect the same quality control from beef they import?......Sadly, the average American doesn't realize...how lack of inspection, and and enforcement endangers us.....Add that to the threats of tampering from illegals working in food and meat processing jobs....Our water, and food supplies are seriously compromised .......We need to get a handle on this situation....like last week.  If we are being threatened by illegal employees working in food and meat processing businesses........They need to be rounded up, and deported........immediately.

Your Remarks about the Senate Dining room offering Japanese beef.....should give us all a wake up call.....If American Beef isn't fit for our Senator's consumption......it sure isn't 'good' enough for American Citizens, either!

This myth about Illegals doing jobs Americans won't do is a 'snow job'.  How many people do you know that would turn down a job in Construction, or on a road crew?

Working in a meat packing plant isn't the most charming job in the world....But Americans did do that job before the onslaught of illegals.

Illegals drive down salaries because they will work for less, and make less demands on employers

As to Fruit and vegetable picking.......those jobs will be done by mechanized equipment.....I recently saw 'orange picking' machines.

What will happen to those all important pickers when the mechanization takes over?

Retraining programs for illegals?

These are the lies that are being told to the American public and for the most part people are believing it. It is sad but makes me think of the lemmings, people are being lead to the death of not themselves but America as we know it.
I read the other day about illegals working on military bases as contractors doing construction. ON MILITARY bases, I know #1 legal workers would line up to do that, #2 what about national security when illegals are given admission to military bases.
I love how the new name is Mexican National instead of ILLEGAL ALIEN, I mean put a pretty name on it and it won't bother people as much.
Which also happens to be less than a mile from top secret installations, including global surveillance and missile early-warning facilities.
"The workers were hired by different subcontractors, none of which faced federal charges" Which of course ask the question WHY!!
Here are just 4 sites I have read the information on, I know that there are many many more. People should be OUTRAGED over this yet the liberal media, of course, buries it.  The only way this is going to stop is for American's to take back our country. Be informed, don't hide your head in the sand, talk to everyone you know tell them the truth no matter how they try to hide from it, support all the Senators that are still fighting for us.  Write letters of encourgement to the Governers, Mayor's, whoever you read about in the news taking a stand. LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE NOT ALONE!!

Illegal immigrants accessed nuclear weapons facility

"But Department of Energy report says nothing was compromised." And we aren't told where these illegal immigrants were from, or why they might have been wanting to use false documents to get into the site. No doubt these were not jihadists but just undocumented Irishmen on a prank, so this is a story about lax security: what is to prevent jihadists from doing this? Sure, now security is tighter. It was supposed to be tight to begin with. From CNN, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sixteen illegal immigrants gained access last year to one of the most sensitive weapons sites in the country, according to a report issued Monday by the Department of Energy's inspector general.

The inspector general's investigation found the illegal immigrants were construction workers on jobs at the Y-12 National Security Complex near Knoxville, Tennessee.

The workers used "false documents" and "gained access to the ... site on multiple occasions," the report said.

The report details how the workers, apparently using fake green cards, were able to obtain access badges.

"This situation represented a potentially serious access control and security problem," the report said.

According to the report, the inquiry brought field agents to the plant who found "official use only" documents "lying unprotected in a construction trailer, which was accessed by the foreign construction workers."

The National Nuclear Security Administration, which oversees nuclear weapons facilities for the Energy Department, said in the report no evidence was found that the workers had access to any of those documents.

The inspector general, Gregory Friedman, also found that although security was compromised, access controls at the plant have since been tightened.

And he found no evidence that classified or sensitive information was compromised.

Yeah sure........like they would tell us if any "classified or sensitive" information WAS compromised.
