What is this world coming to? We are prosecuting the people that protect us, and rewarding those who prey on us. I spoke to a police friend of mine one day to find the general consenses is, call after the crime is over, not before. They look the other way, because their actions could ruin their lives, i.e., the two border agents that dared to protect us even though they don't know us. We put our lives and families on the line everyday to help people we don't even know. How long before they all say, "You know what, it is just not worth it any more." How long before politically correct advocates bury our society. All the rights we once had, have been given to the criminals. To all the civil rights advocates, thank you, hope you need a cop one day...Oh wait a minute, that would be an invasion of the criminals right to express himself freely in what he deems as right.

 

Exactly right! If the citizens knew just how the Border Patrol has been under political constraint ever since the mid 1970's ... and how demoralized the actual Line Agent is, they'd throw ALL the incuments out of office.

I am new to Fire Society and have never done a "blog" before; I do not even know if this message is a "blog".  Anyway, I feel such dismay, disbelief and outrage that we have two American fathers in prison doing their job to protect my our children, grandchildren and neighbors from the numbing of addiction.  I will be sending personal fax messages to my senators and members of congress along with faxes to the president and homeland security.  This action by our government, courts, whomever sets in place a scarey future for our country and what we value.  

It may well be that the end times are near.George Soros owns the democratic party,or so he said.If he isnt one of satans minions,I dont know who is.He stated recently that our country needs more Nazi-ism.He is behind a big part of this.I believe the are all part of the trilateral commission,or belong to it.They all want to help rule the world,with low wage little peons doing as theyre ordered,and that includes our children,and their children.Our faxes and e-mails are all being ignored,because Bush and his cronies will do what they want.

Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing. Doesn't anyone think it funny that all our front line protection is being taken from us. Let's be real about this. It is so obvious that Bush knows nothing about military tactics. He refuses to stand behind the people he chooses, and they become scapegoats for his idiocy. Do you think other countries are laughing at us? More important, do you think God is looking down on us and crying? Speaking of rights, what right does our president have to claim to be such a strong christian but yet do the work of the devil. He can't pardon these two innocent men because he still hasn't removed the plank from his eye, as the bible states. Hipocrites cannot do the deeds of the good...him and the discusting display of landing on an aircraft carrier in full combat flight suit claiming victory like some false profit, but couldn't even show up to do his assigned duty. How embarassing for us, for our brave men having to show false respect, for our country, and in the eyes of God. His own army questions his actions.....doesn't anyone think this is strange? I wonder how Rumsfeld really feels turning out to be another scape goat. {Pardon the spelling.} As the song goes, "Day after day, alone on a hill, a man with a foolish grin is keeping perfectly still"......and you can see he is just a fool.

I assure you Rumsfeld is no scapegoat, he is CFR, he would say or do anything for the CFR to be able to accomplish their goal. As far as the pardon, The globalist POS could just wheel around in his chair drop a pen to paper and it would be a done deal. He won't do it becuase he was the one that set that PERSECUTION into motion. Johnny Sutton is aBush lackey form way back and Bush wanted these good men to be made examples of so that other BP agents would be scared to do their jobs for fear of the same type of PERSECUTION being brought down on them.

Why is it illegal alien's get to use our laws against us? What part of illegal does anyone not understand??  They come over illegally and commit crimes against us.

If you are illegal in this country, you should not be able to get free medical, free food, free education, free anything? Let alone be able to work or start any business. America needs to raise up, and put a stop to all this.  

The agents need to be set free. I just hope Bush will pardon them before its to late. 

you had better look elsewhere, Bush wants them made an example of. you might want to express you support to the Republican congress people that are trying to get these brave men a congressional pardon.  After doing that you might want to Chastise every Democratic member of Congress because not one Democrat has signed onto this proposal.

I just received an e-mail for the Democratic Party asking me to support them on their stand today against the war. According to them over 70% of Americans are against the troop surge and we should band together and let our voices be heard.

I reminded him that of the 70% not all were in favor of the DEMS cut and run option even though they want the war over. I also let him know that I really didn't thing it would do the 70% to let their voice be heard as over 80% of Americans are against guest worker(amnesty) and against the government's failure to pardon the border patrol agents and Bush or the DEMS do nothing. The war in Iraq and the situation on our border are joined at the hip. We are fighting a war on terrorism but leave our borders open. 

When I submitted my opinion, I was taken to a screen requesting a contribution to their cause which of course I didn't but I found it interesting that after one completes their information, there is a box that says this

I find it interesting the only time our government cares if someone is legal or not is when they are asking for money.

Good for you. I wish more Democrats would call out their party that way. I don't consider myself of either party anymore but why is it that all of the people that are supporting the congressional pardon are Republicans this should not be a partisan issue.  Ironic about the part asking if you are a citizen or not.  I would be interested in hearing their reply to your comments, if they reply at all.

zman...I am a registered democrat and I know a great many democrats as concerned about what happened to those border patrols and the border in general as I am and as those of you on fire society are.  Lets keep letting our elected representives know our thoughts and feelings.
