Special Report: Government Border Fence Trickery

Special Report Border Fence Funding Hoax of 2006 and 2007 How Congress And The President Are Working Behind-The-Scenes To Un-Do The Secure Fence Act UPDATE 12/20 --Last night Congress passed the omnibus Consolidated Appropriations bill -- which includes the Hutchison Amendment that guts the Secure Fence Act. Last month, Grassfire.org's research staff broke this story. Thanks to the continued efforts of our team members who made tens of thousands of phone calls and sent thousands of faxes, the story finally ...

I have been following the manipulations of our elected leaders and find their actions to be treasonous!

__________________________

Wikipedia: In law, treason is the crime of disloyalty to one's nation. A person who betrays the nation of their citizenship and/or reneges on an oath of loyalty and in some way willfully cooperates with an enemy, is considered to be a traitor.

Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as: "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]." In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavour.

Does anyone know if a group of citizens can initiate a charge of treason against elected officials?

I highlighted the text that I found interesting.

There can be little doubt that our elected officials have an agenda of their own and that we can't trust them.  Witness overt and covert attempts to merge our borders, economies and social programs with Mexico; failed Middle East strategy (no-win war?); trade imbalance; export of our industrial base; hyperinflation of our currency; debt, energy policy, LOST, totalization, surveilance, bungled intel., depletion of our air and Naval fleets, etc., etc., etc.  I think we have to expect the worst from these people and guard against it.

We wouldn't need the fence if our leaders were bonifide and rational.  Denying jobs and benefits to illegals and putting them on labor gangs for an unpaid year if caught would empty our country of them in a few months.

Unfortunately I'm not sure it is their own agenda. They may well be following the agenda of thr CFR ( Council on Foreign Relations ). As best I can tell, most of the presidential candidates have bios with the organization with the exception of Paul and Tancredo.

I'm very surprised more hasn't been made of the connections given the public state of aggravation over illegal immigration, NAU, and LOST.

CFR's goal is globalization!

Personally I don't care who's agenda they are following. To deceive we the people who have told them what we want is brazen and against the constitution of the United States. Lets petition to recall the bastards who are spitting in our faces. We are the government therefore the law. We have every right to remove those from office who deliberately attempt to deceive us and destroy our country.
What part of treason do Americans not understand???

Fighting the US Government, in any form, takes organization. An organization takes leadership, and people willing to be led. I, for one, am willing to be led by the right person. I have no problem with that. I am not a leader but I can say I won't back down from a fight. If a fight is what they want "We, the people" can bring it to them. We just gotta DO IT!! I have read a little about Congressman Tancredo and he has convinced me he will lead the way. Whadaya think? He talks a lot about "the fence" and getting it built. I think this is our last chance to be rid of the criminals that "Uncle" has allowed to stay here way beyond their time. I am fed up with their demands and expectations of a "free lunch" just because they have had it so long! I have sent faxes and personal letters and will continue for as long as it takes.

We are in an election year and we need to get someone to ask the tough questions about this to EVERY candidate and not take doubletalk for an answer.

Rush, Sean and Mark are making them real nervous.  There are those who have even tried to censor the radio stations.  "Truth hurts" don't it?

I have been asking the same question for a while now, but no one has come forward with an answer.  My second question is:  Is it too early to line them up in front of a firing squad yet?

Here we go again. Our government just won't admit what the general public requests. I am ashamed of all of them whether they are republican or democrat. I think they should all be recalled as they were elected to represent us, their constituents, and listen to us. I also believe some measure should be instigated to limit the terms that congress can serve. We have too many old timers that I think are getting a little senile and don't understand our world today. Should be a limit of 12 years regardless whether senate or house. The president has a limit why not congress? God help us.

In other words Congress and the president have their own agenda and the American Citizens can go take a flying leap. Is there anyway we can ever do anything about this or will it be the same song, second verse, only louder and worse!! If they continue to pass into law what they think will placate us, make everyone think they have finally listened AND then behind our backs go back to business as usual if not worse - we are just spinning our wheels. I hope there is someone smart enough to get our group headed in the direction so we can really take care of this. WE NEED HELP!! We have evidently set here for years thinking they had to know more than we did and would REALLY, REALLY do what was best for our country and they've sold us out totally. The prosperity of this country has been "our sourced" and what hasn't been is being paid in wages to illegal aliens and funneled to Mexico. Our wealth is going "South of the Border" and we're footing the bills for all the illegal aliens care. I think all of us are sick of this - I know I am. . . .

That is a good question and one that deserves an answer. We only need a starting point to kick this off. In such a case I believe our local militia would know.

I agree with the firing squad guy above.

Too bad there isn't a way to take care of this. One only wonders if there are any real patriots out there who are willing to give up their lives for their country - only not in a war with a foreign enemy on a foreign or domestic field of combat, but in taking actions here against a treasonous bunch of criminals who deceived their way into power - by whatever means necessary, and then possibly paying the price of life sentence or a death penalty for those actions - or am I in science fiction with Aldous Huxley?

I have purchased the www domain www.tossthebumsout.org. I think we need a grassroots effort to use the electoral process to show our politicians that the people can force change in this representative democracy.  Look in coming months for the web site to be up and running.  I say we vote out all incumbents just to prove a point.  The newly elected will either shape up or they can be voted out with real, viable cadidates.  I don't care if you like your particular senator or congressman.  Vote them out!

There is an organization called The Minute Man Organization that I believe are organized enough to take this country back.

Those of you looking for a leader in this fight should turn your heads toward Tom Tancredo. He has been the champion in this fight for many years already. If we don't get him elected this BS is only going to get worse because none of the other candidates (except for maybe Paul or Hunter) will ever attempt to stop this. They are all talking tough on the exterior but their interior shows a completely different view.

Tancredo will be the first to say:

This is your culture, fight for it! This is your flag, pick it up! This is your country, take it back!

Tancredo For a Secure America!

They have no intention of putting up the fences because they are working on the  NAU and others . The government people, be it country, state, or city obtains their wages from the taxpayers and I don't believe we are getting what we are paying for. We want someone we can believe in and trust and we don't have that.  I think the UFO stories that have come out has happened to get our minds off of the real problems going on. To name a few, losing our right to privacy, China recalls, border fences not being built because they don't plan on building them; yes, I know, this is a repeat. This, is of course, just MY opinion.Frown

Be careful about wanting an impeachment for Bush and Cheney because I read that Bush would attack Iran so he could stay in the presidency. Then, we would all be in real trouble.  I think Duncan Hunter would be a good one to check out because he got the fence put up in San Diego, CA.

Duncan Hunter looks like the only real choice. He seems to be the only one who not only realizes the security problem with the southern border, but also with the morons in the mideast who are dedicated to destroy us and our way of life no matter what the cost to anyone else or themselves. That isn't going to go away. These idiots are convinced it is worth their own suicide even to kill one of us.

Hi, I'm a new guy on the block here, I've been receiving e-mails from Steve and sending e-mails off to my so called elected officials.  Tancredo has been good, Salazar is a waste.   I am glad to see someone else here talking treason but how do we get it going??

I am a Vietnam vet and my son is the National guard so I have a keen interest in seeing our borders secured.

Here is a summary of the comments I have sent to Tancredo, Allard and sorry to admit Salazar.

I believe you have been against all efforts to provide amnesty to those that have come here illegally, however, I am getting angry with this administrations efforts to what might be called treasonous to American Citizens.  As you read the following you will no doubt suspect I am ticked off.  I am veteran, I very easily could have lost all for this country but I was fortunate.  I answered the call of my government and NOW I require my government to secure our borders.  STOP the bull crap posturing, bargaining and all the political switch and bait.

I call on Congress to amend the DHS appropriations bill to fully fund 854 miles of DOUBLE-LAYER fencing and directly tie such funding to the Secure Fence Act's two-layer fence mandate.

I am beginning to wonder if we have American Citizens in this Administration or bunch of illegal aliens!

Ride it like you stole it, Tapp
