"The Democratic contenders have taken part in three "unofficial" debates this year, on top of numerous other "forums" sponsored by various political constituencies. The schedule is only going to get more demanding: After tonight's debate, sponsored by CNN and YouTube and the first of six sanctioned by the Democratic National Committee, there will be a crush of events, culminating in one week in early August when unofficial debates are planned in Detroit, Chicago and Los Angeles.

And already, debate fatigue is setting in. "

More on the story here.

Hey, has anyone noticed what the Dems did on August 2nd?  Did you see what Mertha did?  Am I the only one?  Why didnt grassifre notice that an agriculture bill had a clause that gave illegal aliens health care?  Please focus on the illegal alien issue.  If we snooze we will lose. You  think the Dems are on the run, oh contraire, as I watched the outrgeous manipulation by Mertha of parlimentary procedure on the House floor I know they are sneaky crooks.

We did defeat the house bill.  We have to rally the troops again and tell our representatives how disgusted we are...

Where are you grassfire?

With a debate scheduled for tonight I think that who ever is preparing the topic list for the debate should throw it out and replace it with one that asks for and demands direct answers not run a rounds .Ask just what exactlly do you propose to do once elected for the American people. 1)How do you hope to deduce over spending 2) How do you plan to handle the illeagl immergrant issue in this country. 3)What do you plan to do about the cost of oil/gasoline how do you propose to get the price down not by a few cents but by accetable amountsfor the American people. 4)Just how do you propose to handle the health care issues facing Americans today and control the cost of this, Be sure to make the answers clear and direct no beating around the bush and no chanfing the subject .Also forget what the other person has done or will do.WHAT WILL YOU DO????? Than the American people can have a way to measure the candidates .
