This column was written right after the Dems. "claimed victory" in the Senate.

When I was advocating change in government in previous columns, I didn't mean that the Democrats were the answer. They are just as horrible and corrupt as the Republicans. Remember, politicians are thieves and liars. But, they have become experts in covering their asses very well. That's why they are politicians. John Murtha comes to mind.

The change I was looking for is to have all politicians that have been in office for more than 20 years, OUT OF THE PICTURE, KAPUT, FINI, RETIRED. The bibulous Kennedy, "One bullet did the damage" Specter, "Natty" "Pew-lousey", John Kerry-Heinz, "the catsup-count", McCain, Biden, Berg, Dennis "the menace" Kusinich, John Murtha, Dodd, etc. The list  keeps going and going and going like the energizer bunny.

These dullards became career politicians with their own personal agenda in mind. How can people 60, 70, and 80 years old, some on medication, some alcoholics, and some in "LA-LA Land", possibly know what's right or wrong for the 20 and 30 year olds that are the future of America? These old foggies need to step away from the mess they've made in the last 46 years if they are not going to clean it up or listen to We, the People. They've taken the country to the brink of disaster carving up everthing they could get their hands on like a holiday turkey. That's what I meant by "time for a change."

"Billary's" not the answer. Rice is far from the answer. Look at the choices that we have. Look who's seeking the office of the Presidency. Are you serious? What? Are you kidding me? Do you think any one of these dunderheads will be any better than the previous administrations? Tom Tancredo seems like the real deal. The more I hear him speak, the more I like him. Maybe Tom should get Rudy as his VP and make up the team that will bring it all back to reality. Tom could take care of the ILLEGAL ALIEN FIASCO and Rudy could take on the terrorists.

"Pew-lousey" rants "we're back in power". Shouldn't both parties work for the good of We, the People? We need "Republicrats" or "Democans". None of these cadgers know what's good for We, the People!! We should have a vote on everything that concerns the nation. That way these cheating, lying, losers wouldn't have as much control as, not so much We've given them, but rather what they've taken right out from under the noses of "The Van Winkle" sleeping public.

They continued to grab as much as they could from the unsuspecting citizenry. Nobody made a fuss so they just kept it up. We, the People wake up from our slumber to find ourselves still in a "bad dream" of ILLEGALS streaming across the border. Now it's probably too late for  We, the People to take back power. Well, there is one way.

Petitions should be circulated to limit the terms of these rascals. Congress limited the term of the presidentiaol office. So We should limit the terms of the members of Congress. Makes sense to me. If you've listened to most of them speak, as I have, you have to come up with the same conclusions I have. They are buffoons. Heckel and Jeckels. Howdy Doodies. There "Who's on first" routine is out of this world. They couldn't do anything else if they weren't politicians. Most have more money than they know what to do with.

I think We should put a poor man in the White House. One who knows the struggle that the every day citizen goes through just to put food on the table. Just to afford the price of gas. Just to afford the price of insurance, both medical and for the vehicle they have to drive to work to make the wages that make everything else possible.

But, alas, nothing will change and the world, as We know it, will continue to spiral into oblivion on a collision course with its own demise unless We, the People continue to pressure Congress continuously. Destiny is at the end of a super highway going to "No-where-ville."

Some of these cadgers are actually quislings in my view. They palliate their tramontane behavior and then ask us to gulp it down with a big spoon. I'm not buying it.

Some people don't believe that a 3rd party can succeed. I disagree. I think a 3rd party that is developed by, and presided over, by well known and trustworthy people would have very strong support. Almost everyone I know is prepared to go to a third party. The National Democratic Party has been in the hands of the radical liberal left for 40 years. The Republican Party is basically conservative but has been sold out by Little George and his cronies. The people want the Republican Party to either return to it's roots, or they want to chuck it and start another party. A new party right now, ran by the right people, would attract large numbers of Republicans, Independents, and the more conservative Democrats. In the existing parties, there are too many entrenched power brokers and king makers. That is why I don't think they can be reformed. I think at this point in time a new, CLEAN party would be our best way to go.
