We have just received word that the Senate will vote TODAY on whether to abandon the debate on seeking solutions for America’s current energy crisis, in favor of Harry Reid’s omnibus spending bill!

There will be a Senate vote at 4 p.m. today to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 3297—Reid’s massive $11.3 billion earmarking package that would focus on such issues as banning the interstate sale of primates, studying shipwrecks, and building a new greenhouse in Maryland rather than responsibly addressing America’s energy crisis!

This should be viewed as a slap in the face to all Americans, and I’m urging you to take immediate action right now.

Call your two Senators right now and urge them to vote against cloture and the Reid omnibus spending bill.
