A Failure to Plan, is a Plan to FailBy Arrowhead | March 24, 2008 |

These are the words of Walter Myers, author of To Tame a Tyrant. Walter spent most of his working life creating plans and programs for the military. After serving as an instructor and systems test engineer at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland; a division chief in the US Army Chaparral/Vulcan Project Manager's Office in Washington DC; a project manager's senior staff representative with the US Army Air Defense Center and School at Fort Bliss Texas; and as Chief of Plans and Programs Division of the general's staff, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, I believe it goes without saying that his credentials more than qualify him as a planning genius. And genius he is. Walter, like most of us in the Freedom movement, became gravely concerned of the direction of our country and the government's declining regard for our liberties. As a result, he created the Constitutionist Networking Center (CNC) As you will see at the website, the making of this group of dedicated men had credentials that were no small potatoes. These men were working during the times when faxing was the technology of the day and were connected to over 2500 networks nationwide, according to a Washington Post report. Not bad for a fax network. The focus in this article is a Plan which Walter outlined and described in his book To Tame a Tyrant. As a matter of fact, the whole book is nothing but a plan to "Take American Back (TAB)." Walter calls it the "TAB" plan for short, but admits he has never given it a name. Regardless, a plan with no name is still a plan. And a plan is exactly what the Freedom Movement in this nation does not have, and yet, needs if it is to ever regain control of her government again. Consider the import of a plan: No business in our nation is started without a business plan; no government is created without a political plan; no non-profit, issue-oriented, charitable organization is started without a mission plan; no war is fought without a battle plan; the New World Order is being implemented in accordance to a world wide social/economic/governmental plan; even God does nothing without a plan (The Plan of Salvation). If God sees fit to have a plan, then it goes without saying that planning is the very foundation by which all action is mapped. The purpose of planning is to focus action with a specific desired goal, the effects of which end with a meaningful result. It is the end result of our futures for which those of us Americans who are moved by the principles of Freedom are concerned. The effect has been identified by two opposing forces: Those who seek to suppress or expel our liberties, and those who seek to express and expand those liberties. If America is polarized in any one given thing that effects all other things, it has to be those who seek to be free and those who seek to enslave, whether it be themselves or others. Given the polarization of America in these two camps, it can easily be seen how those who seek to suppress Liberty have organized their forces. These entrenched machinations of political tyranny did not gain its control without intensive planning and implementation. There is a saying: "The thought precedes the act." Every evil action that seeks to destroy the liberty of a person was done with forethought. Forethought in any given thing can be reasonably implied as a plan. This is the logic by which Americans in the Freedom Camp judge those who seek to destroy it; not only by the effects of their actions, but also by the intent more profusely. However, we who love liberty are obviously not as planned as the evil machinations who seek to destroy us. Though we have parts of our machine scattered all over the country in the form of issue-oriented organizations here, and PACs there, we have not shown the country that we are a viable force. Our fractionalization has proven that our stride is not outpacing the effects of those who seek to control us. It stands to reason then, that to become a viable force, we must find or create a map, or a schematic if you will, upon which the parts of our machine can be put together. I purport the map must be a plan that propels our actions into a viable force where the desired effects will lengthen our stride begin to trample upon the forces which seek to destroy us in the Freedom Camp. As is this case shown in this article, we need not create a plan because a plan as already been constructed. To date, there is no other plan so well thought out and genius in its own right as has been constructed by Walter Myers. The thinking has already been done. The schematic is already printed. All we have to do is implement the plan. It goes like this: Overview 1. That all in the Freedom Camp resolve to have a specific goal that we agree upon. In this case, to Take America Back (TAB) and follow a specific plan to do it. We do this by getting the federal government to stop making laws in which they have no jurisdiction and to repeal laws that violate the Constitution. The primary medium by which we move federal action back within its limits as prescribed in the US Constitution is through State Legislatures. States must stand up to the Federal Government and refuse to be bullied, threatened, bribed, and extorted by them. This is done by... 2. Instead of trying to create an organization which seeks proponents to exercise the mission to TAB, we coordinate all like-minded organizations and individuals, using each others expertise and talents within their respective fields of organization into specific, agreed upon, objective pursuits. This keeps various organizations in tact, not losing their autonomous identities. These organizations will be called Type 1 organizations. These can be: Religious, Veteran, Patriotic, Social, Agricultural, Business, Single Issue, Labor, Fraternal, Senior Citizen, Political, Media, Legal, and Youth 3. We coordinate the talent from Type 1 organizations into "TAB teams." In other words, we gather the talent in the form of representation by Type 1 organizations into a team. These teams will organize into local, county, state, and national levels. These teams can be modeled after or use the present political subdivisions i.e. precincts, districts, etc. These teams will be called Type 2 organizations. 4. That we adhere to a specific communications network by which all actions flow and proceed. In Walter's book, there is a communications schematic that illustrates the flow of communications. I will try to elaborate upon the illustration. A. Type 1 organizations send a representative to become a member of a Type 2 organization, whether that be at the local, county, or state level. B. These individuals from all TAB levels will determine who represents what the book calls a National Implementation Team (NIT) C. The NIT members will hold a conference called a Political Action Coordinating Conference (PACC). D. The PACC conference will determine specific political objective pursuits and divide the members into Objective Pursuit Teams (OPT) These teams will exercise specific objectives related to legislative, legal, organizational, educational, economic, and constitutional pursuits . E. The NIT members will make announcements of specific political objectives through various media outlets. F. TAB members will act as support at various levels to the specific objectives. G. OPT teams will report progress to what is called an OPT National Advisory Board. H. The Advisory Board makes recommendations to the CNC leadership. I. The CNC counsels with the NIT At the center of this communications plan is the NIT team. While a step by step explanation of the schematic does not do it justice, you should be able to see how the communication comes full circle with the NIT at the center. The alerts for action to the NIT come from the TAB teams at the local, county, and state levels. Those alerts are organized by a conference into specific objective pursuits and released by various media outlets. Progress is reported to an Advisory Board advising the CNC leadership to direct NIT if other pursuits are needed to bring closure to former pursuits. There are many other things contained within this plan that serves to justify the vision behind it. Some examples are: *It highlights a foundation of unity, clearly defining our problem, the solution to our a problem, and a common goal by which the solution can be implemented. *It outlines pursuits into categories such as Major, Constitutional, State, and others. *The plan already contains written position papers to which clear objectives are expected to be sent to legislators and implemented in every branch and every level of government. *It contains a means by which Constitutionists of the Freedom Camp can run for office and become elected. *It grades already-established organizations into Good, Fair, Bad categories by which we can gage our approach to them. *It identifies founding case law by which contemporary writ are in complete contradiction. *It identifies a financial structure to support the activities. In a phrase, the plan establishes a network of cooperation by all existing organizations and coordinates their talent and expertise into teamwork, with specific political objectives to move government at every level back within the limits as prescribed by the their Constitutions. The beauty of this plan is that it utilizes a structure already in place but makes it a viable force through a communicative plan. In closing, I wish to reiterate the import that planning has in any given activity. The difference between victory and defeat is mostly likely a lack of planning. For the ideal of Freedom to become a reality, its Guards must have a plan if they expect to have something to guard. This whole world is nothing more than a constant war between those who seek to be free and those who seek to enslave. Those who seek to enslave have their plan. Where is ours? Arrowhead |
