Back in 1982 a Law of the Sea Treaty was debated at the UN. The international treaty was rejected because it was contrary to U.S. interests.

Guess what the same treaty was voted out of committee and is about to be debated in the Senate and has a chance to pass. This treaty as I understand it:

   * Gives the UN the right to levy fees.

   * In some cases control of our Navy

   * has the potential to supercede OUR CONSTITUTION!

We may be seeing how an international treaty can do that now with the Supreme Court hearing the Medillin case to see if Texas law has the right to punish the man who murdered of two female, teenage Texas citizens. Why? Because by treaty he had the right to talk to his embassy. He was read the same rights that we citizens would have been read, but, as foreign national he should have been told he could contact his embassy. Sooo, Mexico got involved in stopping Texas justice! If they win there are about 50 more similar cases.

The Senate is trotting out the "Dream Amnesty" bill again possibly as early as tomorrow (10-17-2007). Grassroots pressure caused it to be tabled. But Harry Reid promised the Mexicans that it would be passed before the end of the session, so I guess it dosen't matter what we, the U.S. citizens, want. Here comes "Dream Amnesty" yet again!

"SCHIP" the bill to give illegals and citizens making $62,000 or less medical benifits is being debated again and the Democrats are trying to override the presidential veto. It is National Healthcare. Polls show 52% of of the American people don't want it. The Democratic Senate wants to force it through anyway!

"AGJOB Bill" to give illegal workers benifits and a path to citizenship is coming or already on the floor.

All this makes me question just who these elected officials are serving? It certainly doesn't seem to be the people that elected them!

With the Democrat controlled House and Senate working so hard to give away our money and country, why would anyone, return these people to office or elect more of them?

It is time to tell them again, louder and clearer, NO Amnesty, no benefits for illegals and no foreign treaties that weaken the U.S.!

                         Poke-a-Party!

Several of us here at FS are attempting to send a message to both the Republican and Democrat Parties by encouraging folks to change their voter registration to ‘independent or unaffiliated’.

Please consider this an invitation to join in… simply file the form with your local board of elections to change your Party affiliation to ‘independent’ and ask family, friends and neighbors to do the same.

You then will be able to proudly proclaim:

                   ‘I am a Party Poker!’

We need new parties. The Dams and Repubs have had there chance and have proven that they do not represent those that put them in office. Neither party obey's the Consitition. In fact they have both played a part in selling out this nation to the highest bidder while using terror has an exuse to end the rights given to us by our founding fathers. We are losing our freedom's and our rights. Our founding Fathers did not want a president to have the power Bush now has. They did not want a two party system that was controled by a few rich people/ Hedge Funds. Our goverment is sopposed to be for the Poeple by the people. Not for the Rich the few the Hedge funds.

FREE AMERICA!!!!!!

Peace,

Dave
