BACKGROUND:

This fall, 89 cities in 33 states across the nation will unite for a unique pro-life campaign called 40 Days for Life -- an intensive effort designed to raise awareness, save lives, bring healing, and prepare America for the beginning of the end of abortion.

THE PETITION STATES:

To: Attention especially to our local, state, and federal representatives. The Declaration of Independence states, "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life..........."

If the first mentioned of these, "Unalienable Rights," is denied as it is 4000+ times a day in this country by abortion, the rest lose their value. If Life is not protected, what is there of Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness?

We have allowed this Holocaust to go on far too long. We have allowed our leaders to brush it aside. We, and they, have allowed the United States Declaration of Independence to be obviously ignored for too long. We have allowed our tax dollars to support organizations such as Planned Parenthood (largest provider of abortion in the U.S.) for far too long funding the direct killing of the unborn, but still human, of America's children.

We need as many people as possible to get involved in this united effort. Sign this petition, educate yourself, spread the word, and do something for those who can not speak up for themselves.

Many times we complain and are upset the way things are going in our country, or around the world. This is an opportunity to "Do" something and be a part of the solution. Please sign this petition and learn more below.

Please encourage as many people as possible to get involved. A great project for a church, bible study group, youth group, etc. Also a great project to get involved in as an individual. All are welcome and encouraged to join together for life. Encourage our leaders and those who would seek governmental office to support this most basic right.

We ask all of America's leaders; political, spiritual, and leader of any type, to publically support:

2: This petition to commit to supporting the United States Declaration of Independence in it's recognition that all Rights beginning with, Life, are unalienable and given to us by our Creator, NOT the government. OR, as we have seen, such basic rights can be taken away.
