This Petition States: I am petitioning Congress to write and without hesitation pass legislation that requires all crude oil designated to be refined for gasoline will be blended a minimum of 30% with Ethanol as of August 01, 2007, 50% by October 01, 2007, 70% by December 01, 2007 and 85% by January 01, 2008. This will eliminate any need for foreign crude and shut off funding to terrorist networks! Big Oil would become a different shade of GREEN, our farmers will be once again the backbone of America and our soliders will not be harmed by Black Market weapons purchased from CRUDE OIL sales.
