Here's a column I wrote for the local newspaper. Some may or may not have seen this report. It generated quite a little buzz in this sleepy little fishing town. The date of this column was 10/30/2006.

The House Committee on Homeland Security just released their new report on the state of the southwest border of the United States of Ameica. Who? Us! The US!! The actual title of the report is, "A Line in the Sand: Confronting the Threat at the Southwest Border". US Representataive Tom Tancredo, R-Col, concluded the report confirms our worst fears and shows we must concentrate on border security now, and a guest worker program later, much later.

Here's the high points of the report. I won't take up space with the entire report. (Remember this was a column for a newspaper, limited space.)--US Immigration and Custom Enforcement investigations have revealed that ILLEGAL ALIENS not just guest workers have been smuggled into the United States--Members of Hezbollah have already entered the United States across the southwest border. Retired Gen. X and I have been saying that terrorists have been coming into the US from Cuba for the past 20 years.--US military and intelligence believe that Venezuela is emerging as a hub of terrorism in the Western Hemisphere. The Venezuelan government is issuing identity documents that could subsequently be used to obtain a US visa and enter the country.

During 2005 as many as 4 to 10 million illegal aliens crossed into the United States. For the past two years I've heard that 12 million number bantered about. Do the math. 12 million plus 8 million(4 million x 2 years)=20 million at the low end of the estimate and 12 million plus 20 million(10 million x 2 years)=32 million at the high end. I'm of the opinion that the 32 million is the closer estimate. Probably a whole lot more. We're being buried by a human tsunami. Only 10 to 30% of ILLEGAL ALIENS are apprehended. The levees are broken. Look out!!Here comes the noise!!

"Slick Willy" Clinton sold the United States to Mexico, Canada, and China with the NAFTA and Chinese Free Trade Agreements. In those two documents laid the foundation for the North American Union. "King George" assured the completeion of the globalization of America by entering the North American Union with Mexico and Canada.That's why current immigration laws are not being enforced. Why round them up when most ILLEGALS will become legal in some way, shape, or form in the year 2010, just three(3) short years from now. All products exported from China to Mexico, Canada, and the US have the instructions in Spanish, French, and English. See how it all ties together. I've been watching this happen ever since these two agreemnets were signed about 10 and 12 years ago. Home Depots in South Florida have had aisle signs in English , Spanish, and French for 10 years. I noticed this 10 years ago and no one listened to me. Now HERE IT IS!! Too late to change? Probably. We'll see. We, the People are the key.

Oh, one more little crumb of info. A huge crowd of people in a city in Mexico, Oaxaca, battled Federal Police with sticks and set fires because they didn't agree with how the Mexican Government handled a certain issue. The Federal Government building is now under the control of the police but the crowd defiantly suggests more demonstrations. Is that how they'll act here if they don't get their own way? Look into the future.( LA was just the beginning).
