Background: The ACLU is fighting discriminatory housing and employment ordinances in the following states: > CALIFORNIA: Garrett v. City of Escondido > GEORGIA: Stewart v. Cherokee County, Ga. > MISSOURI: Reynolds v. City of Valley Park, Mo. > NEW JERSEY: Riverside Coalition of Business Persons and Landlords v. Township of Riverside > PENNSYLVANIA: Lozano v. City of Hazleton > TEXAS: Vasquez v. City of Farmers Branch Where as The ACLU has decided that no Cities, States or the Fed. Gov. has any Right to pass laws to ensure that the Fed. Laws of this nation and the protection of it's Citizens do not apply. The ACLU has an agenda to strip the Citizens of the United States of their Rights, while suing for the rights of Illegal Aliens, as anyone can see in the above list, found on Google under ACLU. Petition: We the People of the United States of America do here-by demand that The Fed. Gov., Attorney General Gonzales, Sec. of Homeland Security, Chertoff and members of Congress reimburse all States, Cities and Counties all lost moneys due to the Lawsuits brought by the ACLU. It is the failure of the Fed. Gov. to enforce the laws that they passed. Be it resolved that all future lawsuits brought by the ACLU for anything concerning IMMIGRATION shall: Be televised, be attended by a member of the Attorney Generals office and a Representative of Homeland Security. Be it resolved that all lost money, time and resources be reimbursed by the Federal Gov. to said States, Cities and Counties. It is the failure of the Gov. and should not fall onto the Citizens of this country So say I, So say we all!! |
