Yesterday's Washington Times had an article that got my blood boiling. See what you think about it . A former border patrol agent David Sipe was aquitted on January 26 of using excessive force and causing bodily injury to Mexican national Jose Guevara.He was originally convicted and fired in 2001 for the incident that occured in 2000.

After his conviction an appeals court recomended a new trial after it was learned that federal prosecuters hid the fact that the illegal alien Jose Guevara and two others were given "get out of jail free" cards, Immunity, Social Security Cards,Witness fees,permits for travel to and from Mexico,living expenses and free use of a Government phone. Jose Guevarra was subsequently arrested in the company of illegal aliens entering our country. When the arresting officers saw his permits he was released.Apparently he was using his documentation to aid other Illegal aliens to violate our nations laws.
