Agent Ramos Shares His Heart Just before Christmas, I had the privilege of interviewing Border Agent Ramos, who began an unjust incarceration on January 17 for his attempt to apprehend an illegal alien drug runner. Ignacio Ramos (his friends call him "Nacho") and his wife have been put through a nightmare of an ordeal. He now faces the prospect of his three young boys growing up without him in the home. Why? Because he and fellow agent Jose Compean failed to file a report on a discharge of a firearm and disturbed the scene.
